fresh thyme sprigs
1 tbps Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp. chili flakes
salt and pepper 1/2 tsp each
1tbsp honey
Tin foil
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 mins

We use those umbrellas.. they are good, if it's the same as ours, you should be able to attach them to the tripod either in front or behind the light. If you put the black umbrella with the silver behind the light, it will reflect all of the light forwards instead of of losing most of it around the room, the white one is good if you want to soften the light, either behind or mostly in-front of the light, not if you have a ring light though :)
Yup! And the white one is put in front of the light to diffuse and soften the light.

I used umbrella lights for my filmed for few years now. I was just surprised because I only ordered the stands and it never stated the stands would come with umbrellas. So I was surprised I got free umbrellas.

also, really loved the cooking segment! I usually just pan fry salmon with salt and pepper and it's a bit plain, so I'm totally going to try out your recipe :) hope you'll do more cooking videos!

I like to broil my salmon in the oven (lower setting of broil) as it cooks faster than baking or any such other method. But, I intentionally place the salmon fillets skin side down without treating the tray/foil because then I can easily grab the fish in sections leaving the skin behind. ... the umbrellas are different to allow for blocking, reflecting, or diffusing the lighting differently in your settings.

I make most of my fish this way. it's so good and easy.
That is my favorite way to cook salmon! My husband can't stand it so I usually make it for my lunch.

Yum I love salmon! Now I'm craving it lol. You should try putting some baking paper underneath the salmon in those foil parcels to make it not stick to the foil. That's what I do and it works well for me. Hope that little tip helps.

Oh wow! When we visited Japan, I noticed that my hair got so soft it was hard to stylize it. I couldn't tell if it was silky or oily... But definitely soft....

I used to get my hair done by Luna at Maison Tsumiki! I go for brighter colours now so go to Razor Dolls in Windsor but Maison Tsumiki is seriously the best.
There two different umbrellas so you can choose if you want to diffuse the light or reflexed the light haha

Oh if you want to get rid of the warm tones on your roots I recommend a bleach wash. You mix bleach with shampoo (look it up ok line)

isnt it funny how adding something as simple as hair extensions to your look can compeltly change your self confidence.!? I used to be really particular about my hair. Ever since i found zala hair extensions a few years ago i dont have that problem anymore you can really take a hold on your insecuritiess by soemthing as simple as hair extensions
