I call this Second Sight, and the unedited raws First Sight.
This is why ghosts show up in cameras and photos but weren't seen by people present. Cameras don't have Second Sight, they are exclusively First Sight. They just show you what was there, the naked truth. Why is it your mind doesn't edit out the ghost in the photo/recording? Because photos and recordings trick the editors.
