  • Welcome to the Towers at Pacifica, a beautiful hotel-within-a-hotel at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. In this video, we'll tell you all about our experience at Pueblo Bonito's unique guest experience at the new Towers.
    From the airport transfer, to your personal butler, we loved the luxurious added features that the Towers experience provides. Towers guests are treated to a special lounge, private restaurant (Peninsula) and butler services catered to your every need. One of our personal favorite things about the Pacifica experience were the incredibly luxurious beds. All the furnishings were so lush and comfortable.
    The beach at sunset was the absolute best feature of this property. The Pacifica is situated on its own long stretch of beach and has breathtaking and sweeping views of the ocean. The sun sets directly in front of the property, leaving you with the spectacular colors of the setting sun every day. It was truly a magical experience to witness the sunset from the completely empty beach. Just wait til you see it!
    Here's what you'll learn:
    00:00 - Intro

    01:17 - Lobby & Check In
    02:10 - Rooms

    06:20 - Service

    This 47-room hotel-within-a-hotel was an incredible experience to see a different side of Cabo. You won't find people selling jewelry on the beach here, only complete relaxation and seclusion.

    Great video and very informative. My wife and I thinking of going. You mentioned "butler".
    Question: Was he more of a concierge was he a true butler? Like did he bring you (or did you have the option of having) meals in your room, bring drinks, book your reservations ext.?
    Lastly it looked really windy on the beach. I know beaches can have more wind than inland, but it looked like it was blowing sand, and that doesn't seem enjoyable while trying to eat on the beach.
    Thanks again for putting up this really good video!

      Hey! Thanks for your comment- we appreciate it!! Great questions. Our butler was a true butler- we had him on Whatsapp (we asked him if he had text messaging, he didn't offer- so make sure you ask). It was nice to have him because he came and picked us up before spa appointments, reservations, etc so that we wouldn't forget. He also replaced our pillows after we asked him to get some softer ones- he really just took care of everything for us and all we had to do was text him when we wanted to make reservations or anything like that. This was similar to the experience we had at Le Blanc, except at Le Blanc they also unpacked for us. I'm sure he would have done that at PB if we had asked. Regarding the wind, there is definitely wind- this is not on a swimming beach for sure. It did not blow the sand as I can recall, as we had a lovely breakfast on the beach one morning. But definitely do not bank on swimming in the ocean here - i can recommend other properties if that is your goal. Overall, it is a GORGEOUS location and the sunsets are outrageous. The food was great as well and the special access to the Towers restaurant was a must!

    Hello from the East coast. We always travel to Cancun and now want a change. Thanks for the video and important information. I love the West coast and would was looking to book at Pueblo Bonito, but didn't know there was two resorts with one. Did you book direct with Resort or a travel agency? Thanks again for your great video 😊

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 4 lety

      Hi! Thanks so much for your comment! I love that you’re considering the west coast! We love Cancun and it’s beaches but Cabo is pretty spectacular as well! Pueblo bonito has a few properties in Cabo so make sure you pick the one that fits your needs. The Pacifica property does not have a swimming beach. Most of Cabo is dangerous to swim in the ocean - they do have the Rose and the PB los Cabos hotels that are on one of the only swimming beaches. If the ocean is important to you, I’d consider those. If you like pools, then the Pacifica property is 100% for you. Let us know if you have any questions!

    Great video! How were the drinks? Was the steakhouse included in the All Inclusive? Pool bar ok? We are looking to book a trip today or tomorrow to get away for a few days and just came across this place. Thanks for posting!

      Thanks so much for your comment! We’re glad you found Towers at Pacifica. It was a stunning hotel!! The pool bar was delicious as were the drinks at all the bars. The lounge at Towers was really lovely and they made cocktails up there anytime. Quivera was included but I believe you had to stay at the hotel for a certain number of nights - I would call them and verify though. I believe it’s 5 nights? Either way, you can’t go wrong - the hotel has beautiful views and is totally secluded. One of our favorite sunsets in Cabo was from this beach :)

    Was the food on the beach extra? Or just an experience for the towers? Im trying to get my all inclusive trip in order, and its my first time in Cabo! Thanks for a great video!

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 3 lety +1

      Hey Laura! I hope you love Cabo!! It’s a gorgeous area with amazing hotels. They do offer some add ons like the private romantic dinner or breakfast on the beach - but their beachfront restaurants, peninsula, is available for all towers guests. I’d say that was a highlight and it’s included. I will say I love the private breakfasts but honestly it’s not a requirement for a great stay. They serve delicious breakfast at the restaurants and room service :). If you have any questions or concerns let me know and happy to help :)

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 4 lety

      Hey Kelley!! Nice to meet you here as well! Oh man, between the two it’s hard because they’re totally different vacations. If you want to hang on the beach, Aruba is 100% the way to go. Cabo is amazing, but there are not many swimming beaches sadly. Cabo is much more about the pool experience. Aruba has tons of activities, beautiful Caribbean waters and nice people so definitely worth considering. The Pacifica is on a spectacular beach with some of the most incredible sunsets. You just can’t swim in the beach there- it’s super dangerous. The hotel itself is beautiful though. Aruba also doesn’t have too many all inclusive hotels, whereas Cabo has so many options, including the towers at Pacifica.

    Hi! Outside of the VIP lounge, did you feel there was viable snack/food options throughout the day? My husband and I were thinking of booking here but we wouldn’t do the towers, so wouldn’t have access to the VIP lounge and I saw another review video that mentioned daytime snack options were limited. We like to order chips and guac to our pool chairs during the day and things like that, so wondering if that type of thing is an option! Thanks!!

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 3 měsíci

      Hey Maggie! Thanks for your comment :). The snacks outside meal times is a bit limited and do keep in mind non-lounge guests have a more limited set of alcoholic drinks included (think more standard cocktails like pina coladas etc). I would say Le Blanc has a much more extensive food and beverage package for a similar price point so I would consider looking at that resort as well. Let me know any other questions you have!

    I have so many questions haha, I recently booked there and I got a oceanfront suite with butler service
    How was liquor there?
    Where you about to get premium liquor at no cost or extra cost?

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 3 lety +1

      Hey Adolfo! Thanks for reaching out!! That sounds like a wonderful vacation :). The towers suites does offer premium alcohols in the towers lounge that is included in the price. Wine is offered but it’s not “premium” and you do have to buy nicer bottles of wine if you want that. At the swim up bar, you’ll find the standard alcohols but your butler can always get you what you need ;)

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 3 lety +1

      Hey Alison! It was not super busy when we were there but I would recommend making a reservation with your butler to make sure you get the time and table you want :) there are a few add ons on the menu like lobster and steak, but the restaurant is complimentary for towers guests otherwise. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Did it cost extra to book breakfast/dinner on the beach?

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 5 lety

      +Jennifer Rmah yes, it does cost extra to setup the breakfast/dinner on the beach. The butler assigned to your room, helps to coordinate. I don’t remember the exact price, and it doesn’t appear to be listed on the website, however, at the time I do remember that many of the upgraded experiences were typically daily/seasonal specials that were mostly reasonably priced. Hope that helps! Are you headed down to Cabo?

    • @VoyagerGuru
      @VoyagerGuru  Před 5 lety +1

      @@jenniferrmah983 Oh awesome! I have not personally been to them - we've looked at Dreams before, though. The location of this PB is pretty incredible. The views are incredible and there is no better sunset spot for sure. Do keep in mind, though, that it is not walkable to town or anything like that so that may be the one thing to consider. The Riu has the best "beach front" because it's on Medano Beach (one of the few swimming beaches).
