Classic. There is nothing better than just simple tapping and scratching.
I think too many people make their videos too complex with roleplays, 100 triggers, tapping too fast, over-doing the whispers and repeating wordsâŠâŠ THAT actually gives me more anxiety instead of helping me stay calm.
Less is more in my opinion. And this gives me more tingles than anything!
