    The eye appears to be predicted to go right over "The South Texas Project (nuclear) Electric Generating Station" at 2:15 AM, Cat-1, 85 mph sustained, most likely 95 peak gusts, along with 6-8 inches of rain directly on its cooling pond. I hope that all safeguards are in place.

      @@kramnull8962 It hung around for several days while it did a figure 8 and caused massive flooding. The winds were only a problem because they pushed water in for days. A hurricane usually moves quickly and is gone in a few hours so flooding is not as bad.
