Get your onions garlic and chilli frying up then add the coconut milk then simmer for 4 minutes then chuck the crab in .. ❤

IMO crab "guts" (the yellow stuff) make THE best sauce (or make any other sauce better) ... its referred to as Tomale and is a delicacy in many cultures
I normally make a really hot chilli oil for use in cooking anything spicy and when doing chilli crabs drizzle a good amount all over and let sit for a while first 😋
Just a tip Skid the seeds from chilis are not where the heat comes from its the pleasanter that holds the chili oils.

Don't think the mud crabs ever knew what hit them? Those ingredients look good for fish and chicken also. I am fond of Old Bay, lemon, garlic and butter with my crab, but so do crabs! 😲😋

Jalapeño are not hot, they are in a different class of chilli, especially when eaten green, perfect amount of heat, try them with Philly cream cheese, mixed together with the mud crab, seasoning of you choice, wrapped in bacon, BBQd, gods your uncle? It’s gold👍

So iv been thinking of starting up a channel myself and just caught my first muddy in nsw after 3 seasons found a few recipes and made up my own and did it the same day this was posted and I done it slightly different but daym it’s bloody similar to this

Touch of corn flour to thicken or get the lid off during the cook. Looked bloody edible that's for sure .

Yep the old corn flour works a treat 👌 table spoon in a cup of cold water, give it a mix to get rid of any lumps and pour it in 🤌🏼
Have you ever tried your oyster kilpatric with a sprinkle of grated cheese over the top melted try you wont be dissapointed
