Lo’ak was too pissed, plus he had to be strong for Tuk, Kiri and Tsireya since they were also tied up with him. In one part you can see him leaning over to Tuk telling her to be brave and he keeps his body leaned toward her somewhat, he also gets mad when any of the girls are threatened or taunted.

It was so sweet when he was trying to calm Tuk down, even though they were kidnapped and tight up on the ship. He wasn't thinking about himself at the time - he knew he needed to be the strong one, for the sake of the girls.
the thing is, Jake helps balance Naytiri when needed, as we saw later in the movie, he is her calm even her highest moments of rage. i fear had she lost him, she would lose her sanity... and vice versa, by the way. they truly are each other's partner

Jake had the weight of the world on his shoulders. If anything happened to tsireya what would tonowari and tonal have done? Neyriri and Jake knew their story would’ve be an easy ride. To the rda Jack betrayed them. Jake decided to live his truth. He decided to follow his heart. Neither parent thought about what their kids would look like with Jake being half Navi and half human. What is a father to do when his kids get picked on? Those silly kids deserved to have their parents stand up for them no matter whose turf they are on. Those boys on the beach was harassing kiri and Lo’ak. What were they supposed to do? Jake didn’t handle it right. Jake and neytiri both should’ve done a better job balancing being parents. No kid wants to be reminded how they mess up all the time. After awhile you feel worthless. You feel like you always have something to prove. Tell your kids how much you love them. On Neteyam death bed neither neytiri or jake said to Neteyam they love him. I think it was a dream

After Neteyam died, she asked,”Is him the older son? He dies?” (Also asked when Lo’ak and Jake fainted) And then Neytiri killed the enemies, her sadness became stronger and stronger, because of the death of his son and kidnap of her daughters, and looked extremely frustrated to enemies, the woman said,”OMG I’m so scary.” (Even if you’re not a parent, you can feel the anger when others catch/kill your kids…). And then she asked why Neteyam was tied at last (Why don’t you ask why mummies were tied?)🙂Saying fuck up to her doesn’t work. And finally she’s a bit angry while looking at me, and left quickly when I stared at her haha

Because in the first movie and a couple times in this one she plainly says “my”. My memory’s a bit foggy on the first one but after they get closer it’s a possessive for her. It just naturally turned into a nickname, and to me it’s like a couple’s nickname (like how we call our loved ones “baby” or “honey”, she calls him “my Jake”.
