I just did 1h of rotation testing in TOA and i didn't even press the dodge button once with her lmao, even more mashing than jiyan, 10/10 would recomend (btw forget about cdmg 4cost, not criting is a nightmare with this character)

The game is not focusing to meta system just like he said you can pretty much solo all content with just 4star characters which is true! That’s why i love Wuthering Waves because i can pull for aesthetically pleasing character that i can use for entire game and not only i enjoy the character but also there is no frustration for me to build something just to follow the basic common belief which is META because WuWa doesn’t have that. So either Hardcore player or Casual player can benefits to that non meta thing in Wuthering Waves. So balance especially for a gacha? Can’t complain.
No, you can't solo all content with any 4 star character 😂. You can do it with a single unit, Danjin.

She is busted at S0 that makes her amazing, the first 5 star I can call amazing
I think every nuke character has that problem with crit, my only problem with her is that sometimes you literally cant see the enemy because of the ammount of effects on the screen(like you talked about in the end), but I guess after knwoing their pattern you kinda dodge/parry by muscle memory anyways
What an amazing character, the designs are top notch maybe in my next life I get this unit

the weakness of this sorta _buildup_ character is they are slower to clear overworld farm

I am UL 45 and atm I am 5/6 for crownless, I cant somehow defeat 6/6 maybe need UL50 or insane magnifying glass, since I cant even see parry indicator with all the squirts- I mean particles flying allover, and before I notice anything its too late I have been ippo makonochi on the face by crownless
I got 100 pulls altogether and a dream to win the 50/50 for Changli and hopefully get her weapon early

Since most of her damage is resonince skill damage, do you think Taoqi would be a great pair with her even if she doesnt have coordinated attacks like mortefi, yinlin, and verina?
I can only imagine how busted she would be if Yinlin was a Spectro buffer instead of Electro haha
They really need to do something with the visual clarity in this game. Seriously everytime Jiyan turns on his ult i just pray i dont get one shot by something because I can't see shet
Even at 81% crit rate I've been missing alot of crits. I tried in TOA, nuke only crit 5 out of 10 times had to rerun every time it does not crit
That's the first thing i notice while playing her she's all over the place she overlaps a lot

Jinhsi can do some elegant beautiful battle if you know how enemy works. And if you do not know how enemy works, you don't even know what hit you. But, I hit hard pity, but but, I pulled 2.

Good video, impressed you dealt with crownless so fast lol, overall i'm happy with Jinhsi, however I am a casual player. Changli didn't really interest me from the get go, getting to play her for a bit didn't change my opinion.

Yesterday watching rexlent get s6 in less than 400 pulls i got jinshi 45 and s1 jinshi first 10 pull 50/50
She actually has pretty high skill ceiling with all her swap cancels and double intro variations to max concerto.
I agree that visual clarity should be added to the game (VFX transparency slider please), but after I got bored of oneshotting everything with her, I fell in love with her for the second time:
She is the only character that makes Yuanwu viable and playing them both in one team is a blast.
I had the worst and the best luck with her pull xD , first 10 i got a 5 stars but it was not her .... but after in another 10 pulls had her :S xD , weird luck ... at least i save a lot of pulls for next character . She is stupidily easy to play ... even more than jiyan (maybe is the air thing but dodging while doing dps is a lot easier for me with her).

I kinda want to support your point of too flashy animations that cover a big part of the screen. That truly a horrible experience both for your eyes health + actually enjoying the fight.
There is something more I notice that happened in Tower of Fantasy. Each new unit became progressively stronger but not the numbers were the biggest turn of for me but the kit. Each new unit had bigger - AOE, ease of play or extra gimmick. At the end I just press a skill and the screen is dead. thats fun for 5 min and then its boring asf.
I will not pull for Jiyan or Jinshi character that destroy half the screen cos I find them boring. I had 10 times more fun with Chixia, Alto and Sanhua. well I may be exception.

Hi I got her and her weapon but I dont have any idea how to improve her damage currently my team is c1 calcaro,jinshi and verina these are favorite characters but apart from calcaro jinshi isnt really damaging that much what should i do
Shes really about building her forte so make sure you have characters that build that such as yinlin, verina, mortefi, read the final 2 parts of her forte where it explains how to gain it also her outro skill combined, she doesnt need crazy gear but needs a certain playstyle
cClcharo is a unit of his own. He won't be of help to her. Just as Jenazad said, you would need to build a team focused on her Forte. You will want to swap Calcharo for other units mentioned by Jenazad. Jinshi is a dps

Got her at 5 pulls (Single Pulling) and her weapon at 1 pull. So basically they give me Jinhsi kinda for free.

Id say she has as much clutter as jiyan or yinlin, difference is she moves around a bit while in the air. Her playstyle is smooth though compared to changli which i felt was spammy like jiyan of which i got bored of playing. Plus huge nukes are nice even on those non crits that was great damage
So in conclusion if you can't get good, pull for big PP dmg. Understood.
I don’t understand how not being able to solo bosses is a “huge flaw.” Like most people don’t even attempt stuff like that in the first place and this is a team game. Your other points were mostly fine but that one about not being able to function well on her own is just a really bad take.
Your points about visual clarity are something I think only seem problematic when your first start playing a character and it gets better as you use them more. I felt the same way about Jiyan when I first started playing him and now I have no issues reading boss and enemy attacks even while he’s going ham in his liberation.
Overall good review except for that one “huge flaw” you presented.

I just really dont like quick swap shit. I didnt summon a character so i can play every other character on the team, switch to jinhsi nuke then switch off. I hope they come out with a 5 star like Yoimiya or something someone who stays on field for a looooong time. Great review on her! Sadly shes just not meeting my expectations. Jiyan with his weapon with one ER 3 cost echo your in your ult 80% of the fight. So that's pretty close to what your looking I think.

@zap7737 It's fine for buffs and stuff but having to switch off to build up a characters resource is for the birds. Doing it for buffs is fine it's just like every other game but for her specifically it feels ass

I disagree with your con that she relies on teammates. I completely disregard that part of her kit (only use her on field) and she still does more damage than my Jiyan. Sure she does even more if you do play with that part, but even without it her numbers are really good.

I got her. And although I love her aesthetic, I'm not a fan or her game play because of the very things you mention. I have enough issues with the cameras and this compounds the issues I have with dodging along with other things. She's very flashy and pretty but, for my own reasons I'm disappointed.

Kinda, if you used to the same movement from its Tacet variant. It shook my quite abit because he is surprisingly more relentless here
This crownless emphasize more on precise dodging for sure. Parrying crownless is always the easier part of it. Take few attempts to observe the movement then you will be gucci

Bruh, I did hard pity and lost the 50 50, and I did another hard pity to get her, so the total draw was 170 to get her and her weapon (just 10 pull). I am no longer free to play because I wanted her more than Chang Li.
