Hello. I have an iPhone 15 pro, but I don’t see exposure settings when I click and hold. I only get this AE/AF lock. How do we get the option to adjust exposure?

You are doing it right. When you tap and hold you get the AE/AF lock icon. Drag the sun icon next to the yellow box (focus point) and it will allow you to decrease or increase the exposure. :)

Just got the iphone 15 pro max, my videos are grainy and the photos are a bit blurry. Have you heard of something going on with them? My iphone xs took better videos

Check and adjust the camera settings, such as the resolution, frame rate, exposure, and white balance. You can also use the quick toggles in the Camera app to switch between HD or 4K and different frame rates. Also, use a good light source and avoid shooting in low-light or high-contrast situations.
