It doesn’t change the fact that these bases are predatory and run like criminal prisons look at all the dead people that just mysteriously die or disappear? This young lady was being targeted by the higher ups and it needs to be addressed even further.
Exactly. I had a battle buddy who was being sexually harassed by another soldier during a rotational deployment to Korea. After a few months of harassment and many denied requests to go back to the Conus duty assignment given the situation, she took her own life and the command swept it under the rug. Her name was Nicole Burnham. She was my friend and the service she worked so hard to be a part of did nothing to help her when she needed it. These commands need to be held responsible, at the very least investigated.
I don't know the whole story but if it's true they definitely need to investigate and punish/charge whoever participated in such a horrible crime............

Sadly that seems to be what happens , if something Sinister happens and someone speaks up their lives are made difficult and lose their battle with that haunting them and/or cover ups starts to happen to make out it's depression or mental illness,,. Unfortunately whether it's suicide or their lives being taken either way it's incredibly sad as a loss of one's life should never happen regardless 💔

This was good to see but about something horrible that still stings (and it should). It makes me feel even worse because I served in the same Army as SPC Guillen for a bit over 34 years. May God bless her family and friends. She did not deserve what happened to her.
