Few things folks;
Again, just like Deerclops, Seal may not spawn during the Hurricane season and unfortunately this is incredibly likely to occur - for whatever reason the game just refuses to work properly but remain vigilant regardless!
I know Surf N' Turf is amazingly efficient but we will discuss Shipwrecked recipes soon enough! The ones I list today are also incredibly easy if not more so!
There are new ways to get on The Wall of Thanks, hence the new slides at the end of the video!
And expect me to jump back and forth between DS/DST content while trickling in Let's Plays in other games soon, along with other content as well!

I actually used animal traps instead, which I think I also learned from beard
well you can use thatch pack too which is easy to build and ingredient for it is almost useless
it still goes out to the backpacks regardless x3
I wonder how could a seal pup (a giant one to be honest) manage to get itself INSIDE a tornado and then be able to CONTROL it. And why the hell such an ''innocent'' creature would attack you?

In shipwrecked it's super easy to get eggs without bird cage. That makes pierogi one of best healing items in shipwrecked, easily accessible which makes them a great choice.
yep! and also using sea weed as vegetable which you can find it almost every where (if you cant find any mushroom) but fish sticks is the easiest way i believe. with one limpet 1 stick and two filler you get fish sticks!
@@MohsenFarajYT if only normall don't starvr had so easy ways to restore health. I'm at the end of autumn and I arleady had to fight 2 spider queens and destroy 6 spider nests lvl 3. I have more to destroy cuz they are app over rocky biome.
@@takuseklive111 you mean the vanilia don't starve? i haven't played it :) i heard it dosent have summer which is a big advantage for me! once i had this kind of situation. you can burn nest with torch or get help of Rock lobsters from caves (they can come to over world only in DS not DST) when they get low on health the get covered and regen health. you can use them as distraction. good luck :)

If we're talking percentage, same, I died 100% of the times I fought him just for not knowing I needed walls. Feels kinda cheap to get there trying to learn the fight and getting one-shot (similar to DS dragonfly, I now just go for gunpowder kills). Beard posted this video right after my latest death yesterday, so I gave in.
Worth noting; it might be a good idea to make a life jacket before a sea fight
I just encountered my first sealnado. I was on my doydoy island, playing with wendy and I only had a axe. I tried puting down my lantern and iy just flew off. Very nice

Just so others know- I think an update changed how the walls work with Sealnado, just lost to him cause his hurricane attack pulled me in despite there being walls.
Yes, the MAJOR solo update from this year tweaked him. We can still do it but not when they're completely broken.

You can also use the Ice Maker to get some ice for Bisque. It's actually pretty easy to get and you don't need to wait.

ALWAYS go on the sea, but when you do, take the limestone tanky boat and just tank it, your ship will lose about 400 hp when tanking, (make sure you have waterproof clothing), easy kill!
Is there any way you can do a DST guide on sanity, it’s effects and how to gain/lose it? I think it may be helpful to newer players as well as people who don’t know how the mechanics work or an effective way to gain or lose it. Maybe even talk about what a sanity aura is. Not sure if you’ll read this but just putting it out there as all the rest of your guides have helped me understand a great deal more about DST. Also keep up the good work. XD

When I was on my 3rd Play through i set up a small base on a jungle island with Wigstaff and I lost my Glasses and i never knew about Seal-nado it succ me up and I died but lucky I had a touch stone nearby and it was a reief yet never knew sails increase Expedition speed :3 so maybe on my 4th play through I might build a bigger base oωo

Another method for killing the Sealnado is picking the Monkey King, and then building a fuck ton of monkey huts.

Knowing it's the Sealnado I am gonna sleep first then try to kill it. I met it twice in other game saves, got away from it once but the first time it surprised and killed me with no mercy. And now I am not prepared at all, having only one helmet, a spear and stuff to make a fire. No swordfish, no walls, no food... *sigh*
At this point my only goal is to survive... though.. it deserves to die.

The howling conch is good for ROG megabases and cheaper than using a telostaff to making it rain in summer. The rain slows down overheating and stops smoldering.
Tried to fight the Sealnado on land with the wall but didn't work for me. However on the sea was a completely different story, because I had no trouble dodging his waves. Killed it in no time.
You get used to it on land, you just have to time your attacks.
Man,that ending must've benn hard to set up!
Just make a bouy or two and let the water biffalo do the rest of the job. no need even move a paddle.

3 cooked jelly fish and 1 twig is the easiest way to make sea food gumbo all you need to do to get jelly fish is wack them a few times with an axe or machete or any weapon

The easiest strategy is to take sealnadoto a dolphin palace and let him hit them and they will easily restart the attack every time they hit and there are many is an easy win
I always kill the seal after the fight, it’s way more beneficial. I mean, It drops meat and a chance to get a Krampus sack? Sounds like a win.

My first time fighting the sealnado I accidentally went too far away from my walls and I got sucked and instakilled (had shell armor and 50 hp)

No problem! Thanks for watching! Just be warned that the wall method works still but not when fully destroyed! Keep them up and walk around them when needed.

Tiger shark is almost the same strategy as the sealnado. But you have to find his cave first.
