We have had a ton of giveaways because of imminent hits, doesn't seem like Vancouver is near as scared. It's seemed the same as Vegas series last year, we hit them early in the series a LOT, then the hits just completely fell off, loss of a lot of physicality.
Oilers coach made a huge mistake playing the top 3 players 25+ minutes on average every night. It’s the Playoffs, not the all-star game. And now it’s evident all 3 are burnt. Same thing every year.

Drai is a good example because he got injured mid game this round. You are getting hit, crosschecked, backchecking, throwing hits etc... Everything in the playoffs is amplified, its not just some regular season game against the Ducks. Those extra minutes add up the longer the series goes on. If this team got Pickard level goaltending since game 1, I think the Oilers would have been done in 5-6 and it wouldn't be a huge issue. But Van hung around those games too often and now they have to leave everything on the ice just to force game 7.

That's the difference. We, the Canucks, don't feel the pressure. Everyone, and I mean everyone in the sports world has counted us out, and continues to. We weren't supposed to make the playoffs.......were supposed to be low in the conference and division. After an incredible season, everyone said it was luck. Entering the playoffs, we were supposed to tank, then we lose our star goalie, and everyone said it was over. Making it to the second round, everyone said the Oilers would crush us period. There is zero pressure.
