We have been trying to find someone or company in Houston , Tx to upgrade our stereo in a 2012 Terrain SLE. Can you recommend someone to install the stereo that you are putting in the Equinox on this video?

I'm sorry I don't know anybody in Houston. I hope I have customer with 2012 Terrain for installation soon so I could upload video so you can install your self or It should be same step as Equinox you can try to do yourself and you could purchase unit from online but you should put accurate car information when you purchase

From what i read on other sites you cant change from Celsius to Fahrenheit at all. I really would like to know if anyone has this if you can change the menu over the steering wheel back to english. Also does the cd player go back in or you leave it out? thanks
I don't know about C° to F° for English hit menu on head unit go to car settings or vehicle settings or console settings (it will be different even head unit looks same)and it should be all the way bottom for language and you should leave out cd player

@@scan2nyc698 hi I just researched and I found out this radio has RDS
On the reverse camera connector there’s 2 blue wires which 1 do I use to connect the camera

2 blue wires are one is wifi signal and other one is Bluetooth signal wire so you not using it
Your reverse camera trigger should be labeled on the wire(most of times lable as reverse cont. )

Ok so there’s no wire that says rear view camera other than the one on the connector that says rear view camera & there’s 2 blue wires on it

Rear view camera wire you talking about rca jacks? You don't have reverse control wire? Not a rca jacks

You should go to settings and device and sound and keypad tone and select off

Menu I mean look for "console" from your Tesla screen
Does this radio support heated seats
Yes it should retain heated seat if your unit made by seicane(high ends) but I'm not sure about different brand of unit (low ends)

What would make the sound not work
Your stock radio were had sound?
Yes & when I put the old head unit back in it works
@@aaroncook8301 do you have premium sound in your car? If you do your unit might not have sound. When you purchased unit you should confirm it is suitable for your car or check the your output of radio works you could check with any speaker on white - white/black, gray - gray/black, violet - violet/black and green -green/black
Make sure amp cont wire hook up too

Do the top harness coming out the dash needs 2 be connected cause there isn’t a connector for it
@@aaroncook8301 for the sound should come on with plug and play wire to bottom radio harness if it's not working like I told you test output of aftermarket unit
