Hello people I know this tomb raider Anniversary video walkthrough is old but I have recently started playing this game again and I am playing this level and have died meany times acidently missed items and got stuck on continuously useing the grapple to swing to higher part in the level watching this video and seeing how this person play it makes everything look easy to do but great video I am useing it to get past this level UV always been a fan of tomb raider games 👍🙂

I know of cases where jumps here fail. The workaround may be fixed by changing the graphic settings.

Edit: switched back to default resolution instead of 1920x1080 somehow that seemed to work thanks again

When Lara is hanging from a rope, cable, etc., hold Interact then press Forward/Back or Left/Right (or use the control stick stick) to climb up and down or pivot.

I came to this video just to see what the hell I was missing trying to make it in time to the secret after pulling the lever at 1:30, because for some reason, every single time I have tried to make the speed run, WITHOUT FAIL she will MISS the wall grab after the wall run at 2:33. Even though I did it just fine the very first time around, but I couldn’t make it in time for the secret. I’ve literally tried like 20 times and she just refuses to swing far enough to grab the wall so I have to chalk it up to the controls being absolute shit. The camera just does what it wants, sometimes at the WORST times and it completely ruins my forward momentum. I am seething.

The jump at 13:00 is the most unfair crap in the level. In a level full of crap with these terrible and glitchy controls. I love the level and design but the controls were better in 1996. Here the game demands accuracy that the controls dont offer. And the checkpoints sometimes are ridiculous. Was this game tested?😂
