▶Crispy Zucchini Rice Paper
Ingredients
1 zucchini
10 small rice papers
some breadcrumbs
▶ Chicken Rice paper dish
Ingredients
7oz (200g) chicken tenders or breast
10 small rice papers
Dipping sauce
1T soy sauce
2-3T honey or corn syrup
1/2T gochujang (Korean red pepper paste),
2T ketchup
1t minced garlic
2T water
a bit of pepper

Ingredients
7oz (200g) ground pork
7oz (200g) tofu
1 cup kimchi
3 green onions
some glass noodles (optional)
▶ Buldak noodle (Korean Fire Noodle) rice paper rolls
Ingredients
1 pack Buldak Bokkeum Myeon (Buldak Noodles, Korean Fire Noodle)
some corn
some mozzarella cheese
1T mayonnaise
1t sugar

This is so much fun! What cannot be made better by wrapping it in rice paper and frying it crispy brown? It's a springboard for invention, a way to use up leftovers or random ingredients from the garden or freezer to invent new combinations. Have you considered making a series of dessert dumplings? Fruit bites, tiny cheesecakes, sweet noodles with edible flowers...

These are wonderful and definitely in saved in plaidy for easy reference. We use Italian flavored bread crumbs and do same with zucchini eggplant sliced in rounds and can be dipped in beaten egg, first - delicious ‼️

Sure! You can freeze them. Just be cautious because rice paper tends to stick together. If you want to freeze them, individually wrap each one in plastic wrap to prevent them from sticking, then store them in a Ziplock bag or container. Thanks for the good question!😊🙏

One question? My paper got so sticky, it stuck to everything even the board I was rolling on, what did I do wrong?
@@grandmanette9503 Oh, I see! For rice papers, just dip them in cold water for about one second and then take them out. Even if the rice paper isn't soft at first, it will become soft after about 10 seconds, allowing you to wrap your ingredients well. If you use hot water, the rice paper can stick to the board, and it can also stick if you leave it in the water for too long or let it sit on the board for too long after soaking. The key point is to briefly dip the rice paper in cold water, place it on a board or plate, and then wrap it after about 10 seconds. If it sticks to the board, try placing it on a round plate and rolling it there. I hope this helps! Good luck!😊🙏
