I fly on easyJet a lot, i don’t understand how they are bottom of the list. They’re just pretty standard at everything, your flight might be 10mins delayed every now and then and there’s no such thing as business class but their flights rarely last over 2-3hrs and it’s so cheap compared to others.
I totally agree. I fly them quite a lot too - now way it’s even in the top 40

I’ve actually flown with Kuwait Airways before, the only unprofessional thing they did was waking me up by putting a freezing box of sandwich on my arms. Apart from that I think they’re pretty decent. Definitely not Etihad or Turkish Airlines level, but very acceptable
Etihsd might be a good airline in passenger service but, they have had financial struggles since 2016.
Aerolineas Argentina is pretty good ngl. I flown with them just 2 weeks ago to Bariloche and the flight was on time, clean planes, efficient and fast boarding, on board wifi, butter landing, good service. But i will admit they do have some issues but thats more related with the economic situation of argentina.
I dont think aereolines argentinas has that “low” rating
Also ranked TripAdvisor's best South American airline of 2019, and IIRC on the top 10 of the safest airlines of the world, hasn't had a fatal crash since 1970.
I think i was in that flight too. Was great service.
Their fleet is in really good shape, the crew is helpful and welcoming and the pilots will never give you the Ryanair treatment. Granted, they cut coffee+snack service from the shortest flights (less than two hours) a couple of years ago, but they won't deny a glass of water or juice if you ask. Also, the first review shown there is from March 2020, when they downgraded the service to protect the flight attendants, but so did the rest of the airlines!

GOL Airlines are like Ryanair but better here in Brazil, they turned in something cultural over there, when someone ask if you are making an Airplane Travel immediately someone ask, Are you flying with GOL?
Actually is pretty good, low prices, great crew and you don't think you are going to die in touchdown.

Yeah honestly TAP Portugal is not that bad. The new a330 neo interior is very nice. Leg room, food, entrainment is actually a very good deal for what you pay. Landings are also very smooth. They shouldn’t even be on this list.
@AL3X tell me about it!!! The quality-price ratio is awesome. And the fact the airline isn't very profitable, doesn't mean it is bad. It's one of the safest airlines in the world. In its entire history, it only had 2 crashes: 1st - test flight (non commercial), c47 that crashed in Lisbon, in 1948, killing 3 test flight crew members. 2nd - commercial flight, boeing 727 that crashed, in 1977, in Madeira airport due to bad weather (back then, the runway was very short).
Tarom is one of those very few airlines that still flys the A318! Although they plan to retire them in a couple of years.

why Gol is there? I'm from Brazil and had flew a lot of times with them and everything went fine and with a good ticket price. The only downpoint is that they don't offer meals onboard, and nowadays with the covid they're with some cancelled flights somwtimes.

I've flown Ryanair 37 times now and about nearly everything has been the best, the food, landings and destinations. The only bad thing is that they are at end gate of any airport and they will board 39 minutes early. score 5.9/10

Dude, i'm brazilian, and i trying to figure out why GOL is a bad company, it is the cheapest one (here in brazil), have the better planes and it the one witch treate better the passangers, of course it isn't perfect, but hey, GOL was the 1st company to introduce the 737 MAX after the repais of the MCAS.
Now Emirates And Etihad can flex to those airlines about their superior place in the Airline
World.

Flew easyjet for a school trip. Went into it with extremely low expectations due to their reputation in the UK. Was very pleasantly surprised
No idea why easyJet is last, I have flown them many times, and they are always great! No hard landings, good value for money and cheap, seats and legroom is decent, I even did a report on them! Yes they are a budget airline, so don’t expect the best of the best standards, but I still think that ‘worst airline’ is a bit harsh…

I flown the Transavia many Times bit its good seats are comfortabel many room for legs and Nice lanndings i don't think its bad its just a small airline

Decent prices, decent food, good maintenance, well trained crew, friendly. Some people with problems about bags or customer service can't caused this bull shit grade.

REALY GOOD
Gol is actually really good, I flew with it several times and never had any troubles, only when I made a connection with AirEuropa and they said I changed my seat in the Gol flight and I had to pay for it, something I didn't do, and when I got to São Paulo, they said everything was ok, so the problem was probably with AirEuropa, but overall, it is a very good airline with very good prices and they actually don't crash.
I do agree I just flew with them last month they were excellent customer service was good flight attendants were nice and funny if I had to rate it would be 9.5/10 you even get a seat recliner I definitely would fly again!

I've had some flights in Kuwait Airways, and ngl, they're good! Ofc, like Oman Air and Saudi, they are often overshadowed by the "best Middle Eastern Airliners" like Emirates, Etihad and such.

actually when it comes to airline food United (in my experience) was legit like gud like real good habibi. i ordered the asian vegetarian and it was bussin (in my opinion)
i am an argentinian and a lot of times it was between ryanair and butter landings on aerolineas argentinas
CSA is not bad but if the runway is bad, it is a hard landing, but there is one thing they throw out of the topic of suitcases, so they are mostly scratches, but otherwise on a good runway, it is a butter landing
Honestly easy jet landings are waaay better than Ryanair from what I seen.
Flew on CSA aka czech airliner early 2020 and didnt have anything to compain about. and the staff was overly friendly when i said yes in czech

PLEASE. PLEASE TELL ME HOW KUWAIT AIRLINES IS THE 2ND WORSE. I mean it's not the best, but it's very decent. Just Google the interior of the a330's and 777's. The service isn't the best, but the seats are very good. I've flown on Kuwait airlines a lot, and they've been slowly progressing and becoming much better. Also if you didn't know, kuwait is building a new airport which looks so good.

I have gone in kuwait airline from mumbai to dubai in their 777 300er it was OK but the food was not great only served plain egg bread one small juice and a very small cup cake

EasyJet is really good. It’s just a nice budget airline that has a nice fleet of the airbus A320 family. Nothing terrible about it.
