Stardew Valley - The Wind Can Be Still (Piano Arrangement)

My arrangement of The Wind Can Be Still from the soundtrack of Stardew Valley, originally composed by ConcernedApe.
Those familiar with the piece might find the middle section to sound different from the original. But if you listen closely, you'll notice that there's some "echo-y" effect (not sure how to describe it). What's actually happening is that only every other note is emphasized - so it's actually composed of sixteenth notes even though it sounds like eighth notes. Try listening to the same part in the original at 0.5x speed to hear it more clearly.
For piano arrangements that include this extra layer, the primary challenge then becomes emphasizing the right notes. If your goal is to mimic the original (if not you can do whatever), you need to keep the dynamic contrast, while also not making the main melody obnoxious. Overall I think I did decent job - there are definitely a few places where that contrast slips but for the most part I think you can distinguish the main melody (especially if you're already familiar with the original).
The biggest area of improvement I think is tempo - it rushes during some of the trickier parts in the middle. I think it's still acceptable for casual listening (hopefully?), but the original's tempo is much more rigid. I will say though that I find the original to also feel a bit rushed in the first and last sections. Personally I think it could stand to have a bit more space between its notes - it sounds a lot more relaxed that way.

I've been looking for a good transposition of this song, and I think this one is by far the best, the others are quite complicated to read for little effect, but this one is pretty simple. I really like the echo effect, it adds so much depth to the piece.
