He misspoke and said "worse," what he meant was "only getting called by better (hands)"
But he's wrong, because (I guess) he's a huge nit and most players at this level would snapcall with the hand he had given the action, as well as many other worse hands. He's projecting his nittiness onto others with that statement. Well, it worked out for him this time at least.
A flush draw wants to do this at the end too... so he's not making sense.
