I did my first grab yesterday it was very bad as it was my first grab but it was still a grab I was going for a tail grab but just grabbed a few inches behind my boot it was very sloppy but this is my next grab I want to learn but i have to take time off from skiing as I injured my back really bad doing a 180 anything I can do to practice without being on the slopes?

Is this trick hard to land? I am use to jump but i have never done a specifik trick.
Its not the hardest one but you have to have some air
+Noah Nobel-Rieper it might be tricky, so it'll take time to cross skis properly. but there's nothing criminal in trying it after you tried your first grab which should be safety i believe.
