I like that they have a good relationship. They respect each other. Know boundaries. It's not common to find daughter and MIL getting on well, comfortably around each other.

Here on the Island we drink hot chocolate ( Droste ) with a spoon of peanut butter in it after we give birth and we drink soup and something like a soup or stew with a lot of ocra in it,with fish, dry and salty shrimps and fresh shrimps, salty pork tail, etc so delicious and we eat it with corn meal,we boiled water put salt and butter or oil in it and put the cornmeal in it and keep stirring till it get firm,Africans eat something similar I saw you making it,but yours is white color we eat white corn meal as well

Great to see you teaching her how to do it, but you could have done it first in her presence and then allow her to do it. I believe it the simple way

I won't start using the porridge they'll make you to gain wait coz they're very heavy. Again it's so nice that your mom in law is willing to learn how to make porridge, that's why it's very important understanding each other with the mothers in law. Gladys don't eat heavy meals like in Africa u won't loose wait after birth.

    Hello Gladys!
You’ll need 30 pampers a week: so have your hubby to order four boxes of 120 per carton Pampers #1 and then you’ll need four boxes of #2 with 120 per carton ❤

@@erineorama1080thank you, but from what I’ve seen
Ugali is stirred constantly until it is done and then it’s turned over unto a plate, pinched off and used to scoop up the sukumawiki or sardines. It’s not poured into a cup to drink. One drinks porridge. Could it be prepared differently in Uganda than it’s prepared in Kenya?
