Hi for project two does all the design have to be cohesive or can they be different designs

They can be different designs. Plus you can add 2-3 lines describing your understanding or a little description for the designs you submit.

Can you please tell me. If there is really need to know how to sew or to show our handmade dresses physically?.

yes! they will teach you the intricacies at the school but 2-3 sewing projects are required in the portfolio to show you understand basics of construction and sewing (doesnt have to be as elaborate as full on gowns, could be as simple as a bucket hat$
