  • Join Espe, a senior at Arizona State University and a Devil’s Advocate (that’s a student tour guide), for a tour of ASU’s Polytechnic campus. Espe virtually takes you to some of Polytechnic students’ favorite spots, like the Sun Devil Fitness Complex, the Technology Center and the iconic ASU water tower, while delivering fun facts along the way. For example, did you know the Polytechnic campus was formerly Williams Air Force Base? You can still see remnants of the base around campus, like the Polytechnic library, which is located in an old military bunker!

    I am beyond excited to start here in the Fall. Attending a four-year university is a dream I would have never imagined possible even a year ago. I am 25 and have gone through so much personal growth to reach this point.

      Hi Sanjay,
      We appreciate your question. There are residential halls on the West campus where students can live and engage with other students who share similar majors and interests. Casa de Oro is home for first-year students, and there is a community kitchen available for programming use. Las Casas Residence Hall offers full-service kitchens. If I have class in the polytechnic campus do I still get to take others in the regular one or is it all on the polytechnic campus?

    • @arizonastateuniversity
      @arizonastateuniversity  Před 2 lety

      While some classes are only available on specific campuses, our students can and often do take classes on multiple campus locations. Getting to and from our campus locations is easy. We have intercampus shuttles with free Wi-Fi that run every 30 minutes, and the light rail connects the Tempe and Downtown Phoenix campuses.

I would suggest looking at other schools.

      @@Animeking2024 don’t make your decision based off what I’m saying it’s just to help, it depends on what kind of person you are but I’m just saying if you feel like your the average person that wants to have a good and traditional college experience and stuff, I wouldn’t suggest going here . If you haven’t toured yet, I wouldn’t make a decision just yet but just depends on what your goals are and what you are trying to do.

      @@Animeking2024 Hey! I take classes at the poly campus and I would say that while it's definitely different from the Tempe campus it's a nice break from the hustle and bustle of being in the city and I like that because poly is a smaller campus it tends to have more of a nice, small community feel compared to a larger campus
