Good video only one thing, third party is not mandatory as you seem to be saying. Green slip insurance is third party personal injury insurance and is mandatory but not simply third party insurance.
My partner is an international driver with a drivers international drivers permit in Australia. There was no way knowing she was going to drive here in Australia until she got familiar and accustomed to local conditions and road rules .
Please add to this, don't park across the neighbours driveway, my neighbours friends park across my driveway & I can't get my car in or out.
The annual registration fee, how does it vary between cars? How much for a small-engined car?

Well, some of the information here can be different in different states, I suggest you read the rules for each state. Also for some countries, the driver's licence is not valid at all.

Hi Karan, after getting L you don't need an overseas licence but you need to get a Full licence to drive. On your learners you will need to have someone with you for driving.

No, you don't need to have a car to apply licence. You can basically hire or use instructors car for taking a driving test

@@syedmasudulislam8391 Both have similar sort of rules. But now there is a change in driving laws for Melbourne and you need to have victorian licence within 6 months of arriving here.
