Chalet Hotel is situated on Chowrasta, The Mall, and is the only hotel in Darjeeling that has a few rooms offering the view of the center of The Mall - right where people congregate in the evening to enjoy the happenings on The Mall at Darjeeling.
This is a Heritage building constructed in the year 1906 and they have tried to maintain the original structure as much as possible. In the British era, this was apparently a dancing hall and the entrance arches to that hall are still in view.

আহা কি অপূর্ব বৃষ্টি ভেজা ম্যাল আর কূয়াশার আড়ালে লুকিয়ে থাকা পাহাড়। দার্জিলিং আমার খুব প্রিয় শৈল শহর। আবার যদি যাই এই হোটেলে থাকার চেষ্টা করবো। ❤❤
