The mambo that starts at 0:27 is "Chanchullo" by Israel López Cachao. You can find the original single recording from 1957 in my channel. This version is much older, from a 1950 film called A La Habana me voy, which you can also find entirely on CZcams with higher definition. Pérez Prado was not involved, he was already in Mexico. The venue is the Cabaret Montmatre, one of the most popular in Havana in the 1950s, and the dancers are Raquel Maceda & Rolando García, which is confusing because the documentary features an interview with Rolando Espinosa, a different dancer of the time. This excerpt is from a documentary produced by Cubavisión which you can also find on CZcams (several versions are available).
@FilipeColez Yep, thanks, noticed, but not all times. My question is more about clave "orientation". I cannot feel a 2-3 clave on a chacha rhythm, so I fguess it is that (3-2 majority principle). I admit this is not so important, but as a pianist I feel clave sometime differently than some dancers. Also on all document I find they talk of "son" clave as of 2-3. I guess you can catch it as you want if you dance, when playing it is different...

But prado was not its inventor, therefore, he can have all the mexican musicians he wants and the genre is still cuban. Why does everyone and their mother want to take credit for cuban music?

There is no clave present in this particular piece as it more resembles a cha cha in rhythm. Interesting to note the dancers are dancing traditional Son Cubano at times with the slow spinning of the male dancer on one foot. This is essentially a cha cha sped up and played with a big band to create the mambo feel.
