you can use either foot, if you every play overseas a lot of european basketball players switch feet because at game speed you wont always have better leverage going with the traditional right-left-to right hand finish. I practice both.
I’m left-handed but was taught how to play by right-handed people. I raise with my right and finish with the left, it throws people off even more than just being left-handed anyways 😅
@@shamarbeckham2643 I was taught to do both- and for me it throws people off and keeps my legs safe if I need to get around people! Personally don’t think it matters - thanks for the comment
He shoots with his right but lifts up his left, great review just practice lifting with your right
