  • Situated in the heart of Damansara, this project fulfilled most of the necessary points required in an ideal location. By being within walking distance away from MRT, surrounded by office buildings and malls, this project seems promising in the secondary market as well as the rental market.
    Anyway, I only can complain about the super weird circulation to get into the visitor carpark. Despite being the 'realestateguy', I even got lost just to look for the entrance to the residences. But everything changed when you walked into the spacious unit (1800sf) and you'll start to debate between this unit against a landed terrace home.
    Also, this would be a classic example of location VS frontage. The retail at the bottom of the development seems to be suffering. Although situated in one of the best locations in PJ, they could not acquire attention as the shop fronts have no frontage.
    Macro wise: Great project!! Minor wise: To be improved.

      Hey Ming Kwong, as it's a new project, it's quite difficult to have visuals about it but these are my findings.
      The initial price of the first phase is definitely attractive in comparison to the surrounding buildings, especially if you compare to HighPark by Gamuda and Serene by Sunway. This is further enforced with the current rental market around Kelana Putri and the rest, which is around the installment amount.
      As for infrastructure, the park, the malls, the highway connection, the access to Subang, PJ, and Sunway are fabulous. These are the key reasons for the huge success of phase one. However, currently they are suffering for the phase two as the team increased the selling price drastically after tasting success for phase one.

    For that amount of money, RM1.65m, I can buy a larger unit in North Kiara, better view, better privacy, with better security that is close to schools
