17/18 was my favourite season. The league games with an Ox banger, firmino shoulder-barging Stones, Salah from 40 yards, insane stuff. The football that season was imo the best we played. Defensively not great but the pressing and offensive side was so much fun and excitement to watch. Losing Coutinho and ending the fab four was depressing but the football we played inspired so much confidence. Then Virgil came. The biggest shame was that we didn't win anything that season but I'm glad Salah broke the top scoring record.
I love these two games, LIVERPOOL destroying City home and away. Even better seeing the faces of Guardiola, the moaning sad man and also that traitor Sterling looking close to tears. Just brilliant LFC YNWA!!!!
Firminho leaving soon will be a sad day , but the memories he gave Liverpool will never be forgotten... esp that 7th goal to seal a record win against United 🔥

Liverpool and klopp just had city's number. Also let's not forget this was by far the best version of city. Kompany, Silva, fully fit Aguero, KDB what a spine to the team

How exactly did he get “treated”? I mean he wasn’t loved because of his mistakes and shoddy defending at times but I don’t remember anyone flat out hating him or giving him abuse. He just wasn’t good enough for the direction the club was heading in. Pretty sure we all wished him the best.
