- Today I'm taking a look at the European cEDH qualifier, a 104-player Commander tournament. I'm going over the meta breakdown, looking through each of the lists, highlighting the cards and strategies that standout, and showcasing what European players are doing different. The decks we're looking at are Tymna/Kraum, Korvold, Rog/Si, Talion, Sisay, Krark/Sakashima, Kenrith, Krark/Thrasios, Najeela, and Tivit.
Let me know which of these decks was your favorite in the comments below!

What do you think of these decks? Are the Europeans too Dockside-pilled? Which list was your favorite? Let me know down below!
In Sisay decks Honest Rutstein allows you to win with Dockside and Neoform as long as Dockside gives you 5 trreaasures. Play Dockside, use 2 treassures to Neoform ii into Rutstein, get Dockside back, cast it for one, cast Sisay for two and search for Aminatou and win
I know the sisay server had been waiting for an Ewitness style effect stapled to a legend. Legit that it opens a new combo line on top of being able to return important pieces from the yard after a failed win attempt.
Only 1 Magda entry is surprising, that deck has been pretty popular recently
Yeah, it had multiple tops at other events this weekend here in the US.
I’m running Magda next weekend for scgcon she’s awesome
Always a huge fan of your tournament breakdowns of the meta abroad!
Theyre the coolest ones to do!
"Another Tymna/Kraum. What's different? Nothing." 😄
That got me out of nowhere. Not that you were dismissive or anything, maybe just bored of seeing it.
When you just get on the mic and talk, that's what you get sometimes 😅
Tymna Kraum is boring asf. I know a guy that plays it in casual and just replaces the wincons and fast mana with other wincons and mana, and that's so ridiculously boring to just see the same deck in casual that I just auto scoop and walk off lol
I'm still unable to understand how someone can enjoy playing blue farm
@Keflus-sl8wb It's straightforward and it wins. That's usually enough for people less interested in socializing and self-expression than winning. Just to clarify, I also think winning is great, but being boring sounds like a terrible sin.
@@jaysuede2627 I know, but cEDH is a format where pilot skills and the surprise factor matter the most. Blue Farm is probably the best deck in the format, but its predictability is a major flaw. I’d rather bring something like Kenrith or Sisay to a big tournament if I had to choose from the top 10 commanders. At least there’s room for some "fancy" cards since there are more flex slots, and you can add your personal touch to the list. Flexibility, potential for customization and niche card picks are definitely important as well.
Thank you kindly for these videos! My friend was the Korvold player that did top 16 on the European cEDH tournament and it was his first cEDH tournament so he did great, we build that deck together and we appreciate your decklist review!
Awesome he topped his first event, amazing stuff!
as a kinnan player, math checks out. every tournament i bring it to, i get tunneled by someone at the table, only for someone else to win out of nowhere. when i play something off meta, i do very well....
My girl Magda has been putting in work❤
Great breakdown. Mr. Gaddock Teeg approves! ❤❤❤
Krarkashima is so underrated
I miss old najeela, all the old mana dorks and the classic wincons
There's been some lists that do more of that, I thought Memos from Punt City 3 looked really sick.
Krark / Thras looks fun as heck!
I would just throw Song of Creation in there and go crazy. Don't care if it's good just let me storm.
Yo! I'm going to the 10k!
Sweet! I'll see you there!
2:46 nicol bolas is right there, is there another bolas sisay normally plays?
I think while editing I was looking at another list and accidentally put that in here, that's definitely the only bolas they play haha
Go Magda
Talk about nadu
Will be soon!
