Conservation of Angular Momentum Problem Introduction

You and three buddies are going to play a trick on another friend at the park. You are rotating on a 3.0m diameter merry-go-round (I=130kg*m^2) at a rate of 20 rot/min when you suddenly jump to the center. At the center you are 30cm from the axis of rotation. Your friend cannot hold out if the merry-go-round is moving faster than 5 radians/second. Once you and your buddies jump to the center, will your friend go flying off?
