He is far from underrated
I don't think he is underrated, I think he is way above and beyond that. A true artist, versatile and he is huge now. He gives the overrated actors the ability to be on the screen still. He seems to be a workaholic. Him and Tom Hardy are two of the best British born legends in the making.

He’s just great in all of his roles.
He didnt audition for Snatch so i heard. He was the driving a friend who was supposed to play that part to the audition,Guy Ritchie (director) decided on the spot that he had something about him and gave him the part of Tommy instead.
He had already done The Hard Case with Ritchie. As shown above.
Add to that the best guest actor in Line of Duty among a host of other great ones in that series.
