Total knockout performance, everything from the singing to the orchestra to Elphaba going up 900 feet. Just fantastic
I was lucky enough to see her play Elphaba this year and she was honestly incredible! Brought tears to my eyes. She's definitely an inspiration!!!
Zoe is true talent. Got to see her matinee show today, simply stunning!
2:28 drummer popped off
edit: actually whole orchestra popped off just listen to that build up 1:47 like experiencing that live felt like a punch in the face in the best way possible
ugh that raw “*ee*vryone” just scratches the itch in my brain
It's the effortless top F for me😫
I’m going to cry if I don’t get to see her live 😭
It’s a must to see her. I swear you will not be disappointed seeing any of the Elphies here down under. She’s on for 2 of the 3 matinees if that helps :))
@@mathshascalculus725 If the show comes to Brisbane I’ll definitely have to book for when she’s on!
@@mathshascalculus725 Do you know if her scheduled days will be the same for the Brisbane run, and if so what they are? I’d really like to see her if possible!
@@redfirefixfox9611 Probably. Afaik for Sydney atleast Zoe went on for the Wednesday and Sunday mats with a few exceptions here and there. Also your comment is how I found out that this production is officially coming to Brisbane so thanks for that 😁
@@mathshascalculus725Tysm, that's great to hear! Those are actually the days that work out best for me 😅
Do they echo her singing in Australia like they did in US for the first several years? It sounds like it but could be her amazing voice.
Yes and it’s the best thing ever. But it’s most noticeable the further back you sit. I‘m so glad that people are talking about the echo because I‘ve been obsessing over it since I saw Wicked live for the first time
but yes Zoe’s voice is really that powerful the way her voice rings throughout the theatre can’t be replicated by reverb
