10th lc is usually submitted in jr college, visit jr college, get a photo copy of the lc, next visit your school, and request to get a true copy authentication of the lc from the principal .....
However for cap registration 12th lc is also accepted

TC ko leke bohat confusion hee as CLG is not giving TC till our admission is not getting in the respective university and they want the fee receipt too and at the same time they are asking to upload transfer certificate??

Sir, I've not graduated from Mumbai University but my college was in Mumbai and the university is HSNC University also located in Mumbai.. But when I select district from which candidate has passed for graduation as Mumbai, home university is automatically selected as Mumbai University and there's no option that we can change it manually
