I love how friendly and understanding and compassionate that the neighbors are. You certainly do not see that often.
This is for sure because keeping a pool clean is very difficult and expensive. If you have a dog it is even more difficult because he does not wash his feet before entering the pool 😁
In this case the owners of the pool do not have a dog but have a pool after the dog 🤭

That would be lovely however the costs of building the pool along with maintenance do add up quite a bit so it's not as simple and one as done. I've had a lot of friends do it (Florida living = most people have pools.) In addition if it snows or in the fall when it gets too cold, pup wouldn't be able to use it without heating which is another added cost.

I love how he has to climb obstacles and then he goes straight to the stairs of the pool to go in very properly!!!
The stupid owner doesn't realize that her neighbor knows the dogs has to climb the fence every time, but never offered to open a gate on the fence or put stairs near it.
This a clear sign that the neighbor doesn't really like this behavior, but is just too nice/shy to say no. Yet this clueless dog owner think this is "cute", smh...god I would hate to have a neighbor like this 😅

@@darthvadeth6290in many places it is against the law to not have your pool fenced. The neighbor could get in trouble for just leaving the gate open in general. So it makes sense the gate is always closed when the dog randomly sneaks over. The same concept applies to stairs. Stairs that make it easy to get over the fence would probably be illegal too because the whole point of this law is to keep kids from getting easy access and potentially drowning.
Idk if the neighbor likes the dog coming over but I think your reasoning is flawed.

If your neighbors use a pool cover, perhaps you should monitor Zepp extra well in case he tries to go swimming despite it. Unsuspecting animals can get wrapped in pool covers or trapped under them.
He’s such a beautiful boy, and deserves to have a long CZcams career!

For sure. We have a solar cover on our pool and I always watched my dog when it was on. That was always a huge fear of mine her getting trapped under the cover.

I am usually not an extremely friendly neighbour. I don’t like when garbage from my neighbours finds its way into my driveway. But I have to say that Zepp is the cutest, smartest and sweetest golden I have ever seen. He is like a big baby. Your neighbours are truly amazing. If I was your neighbour I would be ringing your doorbell and asking if Zepp could come out to play. He probably gets more joy fro the pool than the humans do.
I am glad that you throw him that party. All animal should be that loved and happy!!! Your neighbor is a wonderful person to allow that. I also love his unique name.

@@Copemaxx I used to work with pools...Golden Retrievers are know for clogging filter pumps with their hair and those paws will shred that pool liner....easily a couple grand

Easy for you to type that out in the comment section, bc it's not your pool that's being randomly used by a dog, and it's not your yard thats being walked into by your neighbor randomly at any time of the day, and it's not you that has to pay extra cleaning/maintained fee for the pool.
Im sure that the owner explained the situation to the neighbors, and the neighbors gave her permission to come in and grab the dog anytime this happens.

After enjoying the pool as a puppy, there was no fence that was going to keep Zeppole away. Imagine being treated to greasy burgers and fries at the local fast food joint. And then you are told to stay home and eat your raw vegetables. I know I would find my way back and be BARKING at the drive thru window!

This is not adorable. This is taking advantage of nice neighbors who have a hard time saying no.
No one with fences wants their private poor used randomly by their neighbors or their neighbors dogs unannounced.
If their neighbors truly didn't mind it, they would have offered to open a gate on the fence. They didn't, because they want this stupid dog owner to realize, by herself, that what she is doing is not cool. But she thinks it's a game. This is the kind of neighbor I would hate to have to deal with.

My daughter has a golden retriever and I took him for a walk down to the river and what I seen was amazing , he jumped into the river and went under water and was bringing back stones to me and this continued for about an hr , it was great to see , he seemed more like a fish than a dog 😂😂❤
They were bred from aTweed Water Dog in Scotland which are now extinct along with a labrador and a couple of other dogs I can't remember. Labradors were breed to retrieve water fowl. So it makes since that some would love the water.

I think it's hilarious!!! I have never known a retriever not liking water, especially a pool!! After all they are water dogs, it's adorable too ❤. And ending the season with a party was the icing on his pup cake, he had a will and made it his mission to have a blast in the water knowing his neighbors were okay with it, good for you Zepp!!! 😊

Obviously I think that the dog shouldn't have came in in the first place and that the owner should've tried harder to keep him out, but from what we know, it doesn't seem like the owners were too upset about it. They always COULD'VE been upset, but they've never said no, so 🤷♂️ we shouldn't assume that they gaf
