1: Cut Man (When You Flinch after every single Buster shot and your weakness does like 14 damage You are not a threat to the Blue Bomber)
2: Flash Man (The only thing about this RB that makes him hard in normal (Hard) Mode, is his Time Stopper, which, if You hide well, he can't Buster shot You)
3: Top Man (🎵 You Spin me around You spi-🎵 (COUGH) Same as what did ya Say)
4: Toad Man (Self explanatory)
5: Stone Man (Copy paste upper text)
6: Wind Man (With only 1 Attack that has range outside of body slams, he is just the Best 1st Choice For Everybody)
7: Burst Man (Not easy, but more doable than the Fast Freeze, the Chunk Junk, and the Not so Cloud)
8: Frost Man (Predictable and Slow as the progress through his stage [Screw You, Skateboard sections!])
9: Galaxy Man (Never played MM9, but he seems to Floaty and Easy to avoid, compared to others in footage)
10: Pump Man (A Weakness which destroys his only ranged attack, and a predictable jumping session...)
11: Tundra Man (The Best Choice if You are playing Super Hero Mode, he is just fast, not hard hitting)
&B: Cold Man (Same as You said)
RnR: Beetle Lady (Her Attacks can be destroyed and his Petal Attack has a safe spot close to the flower)

I must suck at Mercury because I find Venus, Neptune & Jupiter to be a bit easier to manage. Frost Man's a very cool (pun intended) and intimidating fighter if you don't keep your distance.
I think the cloud enemies Cold Man spawns are Cold Mists.

for me i will say
MM1: cut man (predictable and cutter is easy to avoid)
MM2: bubble man (pretty easy to deal with even with the spikes on the ceiling he goes down pretty quickly)
MM3: top man (he is predictable easy to dodge attacks and i can do it without taking any damage)
MM4: toad man (do I even need to explain why)
MM5: star man (due to the lack of gravity his shield is very easy to avoid most of the time)
MM6: plant man (never breaks his pattern and easy to predict)
MMV: mercury (despite stealing upgrades aside he is easy to deal with and him splitting apart is easy to deal with)
MM7: spring man (attack are easy to avoid and to destroy)
MM8: frost man (his attacks are slow and easy to avoid)
MMAB: cold man (really the only boss I can beat buster only he takes way to long to kill as bass tough)
MM9: splash woman (simular to plant man she never breaks her pattern and her attacks are easy to avoid but do a ton of damage)
MM10: sheep man (his attacks are really easy to avoid I get hit a couple of times tough
MM11: tundra man (he predictable and even with his speed gear attack he's not really much of a treat he's fabulous)
BONUS
MMU: nail man (his attacks are easy to avoid except when he corners you and his 3rd attack is not to hard to deal with)
MMRF: shock man (now this fight is really fun and his attack are easy but fun to avoid and even does a gimmick in his stage for an attack)
MMSFR: leaf man (now this was tough to pike but even fighting similar to ring man in a way his still easy and easy to run away from)
MMRAR: drake man (I bet you did not expect this but I find this guy easy as heck his attacks I find easy to avoid yes even from the ceiling its still easy)

the spikes combined with the underwater effect prevent bubble man from being the easiest
when spring man catches you he will deal high damage

The easiest fan bosses are harder than the easiest official bosses.
Yeah agreed
Fan games tend to balance bosses better overall, but that's not objectively good, since less experienced Mega Man players are used to having 1 or 2 easier bosses to defeat without a weakness.
Well, there always are easier bosses in fangames. They have simpler patterns and easier to avoid attacks, but in a way that it doesn't fell like it's too easy to master, unlike most easy RMs in the series.

No way pump man is the easiest in 10. He’s in fact one of the harder ones as he’s pretty unpredictable with his jumps. The easiest imo is blade man. You literally won’t get hit if you keep running as him while he’s on the wall. Although the fight is a bit drawn out but he’s ez AF

@@krealyesitisbeta5642 im pretty sure you don't know how to fight him... if you keep running while he's on the wall, he'll ALWAYS miss and when he's on the ceiling, just move left/right so he'll miss as well. In addition, he freezes before he dives at you, which makes him even more pathetic. The fight is in fact drawn out but that doesn't make him hard. Learn how to fight him first
Tiger Zhang Blade man’s not the only robot master to stop before he attacks you.
Ones I disagree with:
MM7: Shade Man felt more tedious than difficult. Of course with the W. Coil you can make this fight faster.
MM9: Same deal with Shade except you can't aim upward with C. Shot. Even without it it's easy.
MM10: Sheep is also tedious, but easy. The Rebound Striker makes the fight seem slower somehow. Maybe it's just my aim.

My list of the easiest fights in each game (in my opinion):
1: Bomb Man (His pattern is extremely simple, and I rarely get hit)
2: Flash Man (He goes down quickly, especially with Metal Blade)
3: Top Man (He just throws tops, easy to dodge if you slide, and spins at you, which you can easily jump over)
4: Toad Man (Do I have to explain?)
5: Stone Man (Yeah, he just jumps around, and crumbles)
6: Plant Man (Despite all the robot masters in 6 being easy, Plant Man is the easiest of them all, and is easily exploitable)
7: Burst Man (As long as you use charge shots, and jump the Danger Wraps correctly, you should have no problem widdling his health down)
8: Frost Man (He's slow, and his attacks are all easy to dodge)
Bass: Ground Man (With Bass, I surprisingly found him easier than Cold Man. Just dash to the edge of the screen when he drills down, and time out the above ground drill attack well, and he should be toast)
9: Galaxy Man (I always go for him first, not only for his 'easy to learn' stage, but also for his battle. I found his attacks well telegraphed and easy to dodge, and there were many moments where he left himself vulnerable to buster shots)
10: Pump Man (Yeah, I found him a breeze too. Very simple attack pattern)
11: Tundra Man (I also found him easier than the rest of them)
(I never got to finish Mega Man V, and I've never played the fan games, so I won't rank the easiest boss in those)

I find Tide Man the easiest, as his moves are easy to predict and avoid. Reactor Man involves way too much precision and perfection to be the easiest, for me at least.
The only precision that he has is the laser beam, but honestly its kinda easy to avoid after youe know what he is gonna fo first

I would say for mega man 10 that the easiest boss (at least for me) is commando man, because pump man achieves what toad man doesn’t, making the screen nuke literally unavoidable, unless you destroy all the pellets, which takes a fair amount of shots. And his constant jumping makes it harder to dodge his huge shield. And on hard mode he does ten damage with his pump handle

@@Pennyismybestie Oh. Here Is Some Help. He Uses A Bomb At The Peak Of His Jump. And He Jumps As Soon As You Press The Fire Button. So You Can Easily Run Under Him Just Like Bomb Man. And If Its Your First Time In Your Current Playthrough Of The Stage. He Doesnt Use A Single Bomb Until You Fire. So At A Decent Range. Jump, Shoot, Run Under Crash Man, Wait For The Bomb To Explode Since It Will Miss, Rince And Repeat.

Burst Man? If anything, he's just more annoying than hard because of the bubbles you have to avoid so you don't get lifted into the spikes on the ceiling.

While you cant go after him first, I find Uranus in world 5 to be the easiest stardroid. his attacks are telegraphed, and even though he resists charged shots, the standard buster doesn't suffer from it. he's just a bigger toadman, and all that means is staying close to him and sliding under his low jumps.

As for me:
MM1 - Fire Man - only if jump & shoot at one place know to player. Since its literally just standing in one place and keeping on shooting and jumping. In fact I consider him easiest robot master of all in Megaman series. But... without that trick, its a totally different story. Bomb Man is second easiest. And for those who don't know about that trick, he would be easiest (but Cut Man is pretty close).
MM2 - Crash Man - while battle with him can last for a while, but strategy itself is simple, so its easy to beat him even with no damage. And no... definitely not Flash Man. He did took me a while for no damage (only Quick Man, and Wood Man is harder then him in this game).
MM3-MM5 - agree.
MM6 - Wind Man - bosses in MM6 mostly pretty easy. But this one seems to be easiest to me (Blizzard Man comes close to him). As for Plant Man well he is pretty easy too, but I thinks he is at least harder then this two.
Bomb Man > Cut Man. At least Bomb Man doesn't flinch with every buster shot, making it possible to combo him to death without him getting a single shot in.

The first is shock man/intro stage I dont know what the second one is
I still think Wind Man is the easiest boss from MM6, and it is a piece of cake to beat taking no damage and just with Mega Buster. Once you manage to learn the diamond pattern from fence shots, it is way too easy. The occasional slams from top are easy to avoid if you keep sliding from one side of the battle field to the other one from the moment he levitates to hide in the clouds.
Plant Man is still an easy boss imho, just not as easy as Wind Man.

The Mega Man Rock Force's gameplay was too lagged, thats why is like an easier game.
I find air man easy because of not only the leaf Shield,also i can use rapid fire in the Legacy collection
Rapid fire makes little difference, since although not many, he still has I-frames. The problem is that he may outright give you undodgeable patterns, something Flash Man, Crash Man or Metal Man will never do.
I don't know,i find crash man pattern a bit tricky

I agree with bomb man, flash man, top man, toad man (duh), stone man, plant man, mercury (haven't played MMV yet), frost man, cold man (haven't played MM&B yet either), pump man, and that's it.
I don't agree with cloud man (I'd choose burst man), splash woman (I'd choose galaxy man, and tundra man [I'd choose bounce man (he pathetic)

Galaxy man should be easiest. His attacks are super easy and also it makes it easier to beat and kill hornet man and his stage. Which lets you kill splash woman easier and then get jewel satellite then concrete shot (or vice versa and then just go in weakness order
