Aye shit happens, out of nowhere your nerves will cause your mind to collapse or put 1 painful memory in your head that just wont go away. Its human nature and defiantly nothing to be ashamed of.

Everyone is human just because she is a fighter doesn't mean she's made of solid rock and can never crack, i bet she's tougher than 99% of the people on here giving her shit and could probably beat the shit out of you so who are you to judge this women? panic and anxiety attacks are very common and can affect anyone so give her a break

Alex Vanloo why? it's not ideal that she gets panic attacks but it doesn't make her any less of a fighter, giving up on your dreams at the first hurdle when something goes wrong is exactly why people like you will only go so far in life, she should pick herself up and keep fighting like a true warrior

Jordan King if I'm paying money to watch her fight someday I wouldn't want to wait for her to finish crying because the pressure got to her.

Panic attacks is not laughing matter. About 3 years ago during pandemic I had a panic attack after watching saving private Ryan movie. It was awful. I went to an emergency room I thought it was a heart attack but the doctor said it was a panic attack. But they said is a good thing I came in just to make sure there’s nothing more than just panic attack.

She was a pioneer for women’s combat sports in montana. She’s also married to a 5th degree black belt and one of the best grapplers in the world.
She’s about as hardcore and as solid of a human as they come. I bet 100s of fighters cry before fights, the camera just happened to catch this one.
    Go Ariel!!

I’ve never seen a panic attack this severe
Usually a panic attack lasts less than 1/2 a minute and you just feel overwhelming nerves and +++HR and breathing…….then things begin to calm down
The panic attack seen here is really severe and makes her sound like she has speech impediment
    God help her

I pray you never have one. I didn't have any for years. Almost 30 years to be exact. As long as I lived, I scoffed at ppl who had them. Always thought ppl should just man/woman up. But recently within the last couple years I've had a few. A lot of underlying factors can cause it. A family member dying, bad diet, too much caffeine, aging, poor lifestyle. It's weird. It happens to the best of us, for no apparent reason. One day, you could be feeling good. The next morning, you start to tense up kinda like the feeling before going on a roller coaster ride. You start to feel paranoid, and then ur heart rate increases. You have this thought that ur gonna die. But ye, it just all sort of happens at once. But it eventually goes away.
If u ever been high off edibles, that's the exact feeling. Except the edible high is longer lasting 🤣🤣. But it's almost like ur about to collapss if u start walking. Eventually, you'll begin to relax. But the feeling feels like hours.

And stop bringing your weight into it. Weight only matters when the two people fighting are untrained. These girls would murder you so stop it kid 😂
