Wonder if she will take after the American from her dad and pick a rustsang like every American girl. Maybe she will take like the English and pick a classic jag. 😂
I worked as a storeman for the kitchens in a large hotel. The Apprentice Chefs used to do chin-ups in my storeroom until the day they asked ‘how many can you do?’ and I answered ‘none’. Then I put 15kg of flour on one shoulder, 20kg on the other and pick up a 25kg drum of oil with each hand and told them to carry the same as I walked the goods into the stores. ‘We can’t carry that much!’ They replied. ‘But you can do a chin-up!’ I responded. Basically, different strength for different tasks. Some exercises offer more practical benefits than others.
I can think of a couple of females from the world of motorsport who inspired me. More recently we have Lia Block who is doing amazingly well. I must have been hard losing her dad so young. The other one is Sabine Schmitz. She was such a powerhouse and closest thing to a female Ben Collins. Like Lia's dad Ken, it was beyond tragic losing her.
@@a13dut I still doff my hat at the bollard May hit whenever I pass by it (on the A31 just outside Ringwood), for giving me one of the best laughs ever.
I was gutted that I just missed you in Highworth petrol station at the end of last week. It was the scooby and the evo with the crew transit. Just pulling on to Swindon Rd as I pulled in. Anyway. Great content. Keep it up
The A7 from Carlise to Melrose is one of my fave driving roads of all time! So with Mike on Scottish roads here. I only lived there a couple of years but I miss those roads.
Binge rewatching TG, and I just finished the episode where the gang planted diesel using tractors they knew nothing about. It is such a laugh how Hammond was just yelling "TG! Come on TG!" at TG Dog, trying to get her to herd some sheep off the field!
Favourite driving snack: Liquorice (confectionery). It's the best for in the car, doesn't make your hand sticky and great to keep in the car. But I'm Dutch we LOVE liquorice over here. I eat it more than any other kind of snack throughout the year.
@@yanguskhan8513 to be honest, all sorts of liquorice. Black salty one, sweet ones, sprinkeled with the sal ammoniac powder or however it's called in Englisch. Also soft and hard liquorice. Liquorice with honey taste, those are light brown of colour. And one of my favourites, which is coloured and like 50% liquorice and part cocos, we call that ''Engelse Drop'' which is ''English Liquorice'', look it up and tell me if you even have it in the UK. So I buy like 4 packs of 250g each of different flavours every month if not more. I think I eat like half of that compared to my family. So in a year I eat like 6 to 7 kg of liquorice at a minimum. We do lover our liquorice here in the Netherlands.
Ooo, unpleasant memories! I took a 12 hour trip from Durban to Port Elizabeth in South Africa with a packet of liquorice- they worked as a laxative…..a bit uncomfortable towards the end 😂
IIRC the dog was Richard's idea but (according to Richard Porter IIRC it didn't really work, a bit like the Top Gear Stuntman idea) I wish Ben could drive in the BTCC series.
Passed my test first try with 1 minor fault that annoyed me. Still not too bad though. Also I have done the NC500 with a mate. It was truly amazing up there in Scotland.
The best new car coming out is the Alpine A290 - which is a modernised, fully electric version of the Renault 5! I am SO excited for that thing to come out, and I believe there's a slightly less powerful version coming out under the Renault badge too, and from the pictures i've seen of it, it's a really nice modernisation. It gives me alot of hope for other companies to maybe do the same thing and update some of their classics
I should like to see more of these three together doing car related stuff, a professional race driver, a journalist and a piece of eye candy with a short fuse. Could this be the new C H and M.
I think you 3 plus Chris would be good doing top gear I think it would be a great show I though he was great in the last top gear but didn't think much of the " celebs" lol
Ben NOOOO!!!! we are not American, it is not an Americano it is black coffee, an Americano is an espresso with added hot water, a Black Coffee is just pure Coffee
You can keep your moon landings, your Leonardo Divinci and the internet, the pinnacle of human achievement is the Pickled Onion Monster Munch. BOOM, *drops mic
3 people with completely different personalities who like car. That sounds like a concept for a show that might work. Seriously though, a road trip in the uk between 3 events picked by one each. The emphasis on not the winning but improving. In all aspects, from random type car events, machines possibly up to f1 level an of course driving skills. Anyway love the content, please keep making videos.
Poor Ben. He's the man who they should have made the next James Bond after Daniel Craig, being asked banal questions about what snacks he likes. No wonder he looks bored. You can see him fidgeting and obviously wanting to be somewhere else.

Get them all to take a driving test and see how they all do!
Great shout. #AshleyNeal ?
Ben would complete the 40 minute driving test in 2 and a half minutes flat
Get Richard in on it as well I reckon😂
SAM HYDE
I like how they talk like a group of cousins meetin' up.
was about to say the same thing
Maybe new top gear hosts?
@@AceAndyman nah Bruv, that's literally impossible.
yeah like a little bit awkward.
Ever since Izzy said that the turbo was the thing that made the "pi-tjuu" noise, I knew she'd be a fine presenter. :)
Tree… 🍎
Lets get Izzy her 1st project car. She picks it and its mods. With help from Mike and Hammond ofc.
That would be amazing
Wonder if she will take after the American from her dad and pick a rustsang like every American girl.
Maybe she will take like the English and pick a classic jag.
😂
That would be really fun!
And its been done!
I would love to see the three of them doing a classic Top Gear/Grand Tour style road trip
Well they're going to do the last one soon so...
Me too!
"He's also an idiot"~ Izzy Hammond. Thanks Izzy, some wee came out lol

Miss Real Top Gear, as well.👍

2:31 I thought I was listening to Richard during that "don't know what it was"
The three of you NEED to do a road trip! it would be great fun to watch!
Ben is so right on the Golf8, I had one of the clubsports and it was a dogs dinner - fiddly controls, constant electrical error messages
"They" always say people who pass second time are better drivers. "They" = people who didn't pass first time.
Idk that might have something to it. Maybe not better drivers in the long run but probably less likely to crash in the first 2 months like most teens.
The A7 from Carlise to Melrose is one of my fave driving roads of all time! So with Mike on Scottish roads here. I only lived there a couple of years but I miss those roads.
More of these three! Izzy says just relax, chill out.
Loving these guys, Ben, Izzy and Mike just chewing the fat, answering questions just brilliant 😊

Only thing I'm disappointed is in that they didn't say some where in the US for a road trip :( Come on guys! Come on over! We'd love to have you!
Great segment. I'm loving the podcast, too.
Izzy looks identical to Hammond's mum!
I wonder if the trio will pick replacements. If so Izzy would do a cracking job.
Also. TG wearing Doggles was the greatest thing of all time.
Sat here aged 37 and had no idea there were different flavour red bulls 😂😂
Richard Hammond 55 soon? Nah! He's still 38 (and he's also NOT had his teeth done!!!)
Izzy is like a clone of her grandmother!!
Izzy & Richard need to do a road trip in an RV or something! Them two together is amazing

Love this team
I can see Izzy being the new VBH who I admire a lot as a motoring presenter.
Mr Collins! All the respect I had for you went straight down the toilet when you dismissed Roast Beef Monster Munch in that way.
Poor Top Gear Dog. Except for the people carrier episode, the poor thing didn’t have much to do.
Didn’t Top Gear Dog go on the Caravan Holiday?

Actually he says it was James’ idea, but the Hammonds being experienced dog owners made it happen!
Ben Collins needs to read the Highway code
Glad to see stig again ❤
Where is Clarkson
These 3 need a wilhelm text!

Clarkson, Hammond & May should get together and do a car show. 😐

So wait, what happened to TG after the show? Did they live long and prosperous with the Hammonds? Was he sent to Clarkson's farm up state? o-O XD
Lived with the Hammonds until she passed in 2017
Anyone else looking at this onscreen chemistry and thinking.... 'the next generation'?
