There's a crazy duplication glitch that's found in all games. If you kill an enemy, your pikmin can actually carry its corpse to the onion and create MORE pikmin. Wild glitch idk how it was never patched
I swear when I was a kid playing Pikmin 1, that I somehow managed to get two differently coloured pikmin onto a 1 pellet, and that when they were carrying it back to the onion the pathfinding got stuck between the two onions and they just didn't move to either one until I whistled one of them off. It only happened once from memory and I wasn't able to recreate it after that
How leave a way for olimar to become LOST MEDIA in the tutorial.
You can launch off ledges with oatchis rush by walking off the ledge untill oatchi is positioned at an angle with a full charged rush, then releasing it and launching to skip sections
Here's a minor glitch I discovered on the Wii version of Pikmin 2. During the end of day blast off cutscene, if you're being attacked by the enemies that spawn in the base, the Wii Remote will actually play the injured sound like you're actually being damaged.
I also got that glitch in the game cube version

Hopefully you don't take this as a backhanded compliment, but I'm really impressed that you manage to make so many videos on Pikmin, and on such a regular basis. When I start making edited content I hope to be like you.

Blue pikmin in the don’t leave so soon pose surrounded by the glitched legends glitch texture is unironically the best thing I’ve ever seen.
I absolutely love exploiting the 5 man nap sack the Pikmin just become spider man and start carrying you up the walls which is extremely fun I especially like getting early bitter sprays blue Pikmin and accessing the Bulbax kingdom on day 3 there is so much to the napsack glitch you could probably make an entire video on all the possible skips and exploits with it.. Also another glitch for Pikmin 4 is putting Pikmin in a candy pop bud and instantly ramming into it with Oatchi while it is spitting out the Pikmin seeds to instantly pluck all 5 Pikmin at once (very helpful). Really enjoyed this video can't wait to see what the next video is about.

I'll always be mad that Pikmin 4 didn't have the courage to let you go over 100 Pikmin in the post game. There's enough flarlic for it and Pikmin 1 originally was going to have 300 pikmin as the cap and ran with no issues so i can only imagine how many Pikmin 4 can handle

One of my favorite glitches is in Pikmin two you can give a leaf pickmin ultra spicy spray, put it on a treasure, then let the timer for the ultra spicy spray run out, rinse and repeat, to give the treasure incredible speed (and let it skip gates).

In pikmin 4 if you trow a pikpik carrot at the right angle with 2 yellow frogs and they jump just right, they both just die, I think this happens cuz they hit eachother or smtn.
I remember the libra glitch happening to me on pikmin 1 Switch version, but instead of the libra flying away it sent ME shooting across the map and havin to walk all the way from the puffstool arena´s entrance (aproximately) to where the libra was
One of my favorite Pikmin 3 glitches is the Bomb Rock duplication glitch, where you throw a single Pikmin into a hole that has bomb rocks, and the moment it spits one out, whistle your Pikmin back and throw another into the hole, repeat until your heart’s content and you’ll have an endless supply of high grade explosives to nuke the Calcified Crustblat
There’s also an issue in Pikmin 1 where during the countdown timer you can’t view the map. I haven’t tested all the areas but it most prevalently happens in the distant spring
Pikmin 4 have a lots of glitches. And im all for it. It's like fiding some treasures !
Funnily enough, the crushing glitch in Pikmin 1 also works on Ship Parts, at least in the Switch port. In my very first play through of the game, I had a Wollywog land on the Interstellar Radio and it crushed it below the floor. It was stuck there for a good minute or two until it eventually respawned.
I remember there was a super funny glitch for Pikmin 4 where if you threw Pikmin on a hanging object (like the banana hanging from a spiderweb) and quickly make Oatchi swallow it once it falls, he’d start flying around the map. I forgot who recorded this but there’s a video somewhere on here that shows the glitch in action, lol

The lottery ticket odds of the ranging bloyster not spawning are 1 in over 2 billion. Because there's only a single seed where it happens.
There was a second, more reliable, pikmin duplication glitch that got patched out of Pikmin 4. The downside was that while it was easier, it was worse for speedruns, and required you to have unlocked the onion of whatever pikmin you wanted to clone.
You forgot to mention that one glitch that allows the awaking wood to be beaten in 1 day!

If you enter a sublevel while your pikmin are on fire, part of the game treats them like LOST ME-
I once experienced this weird glitch on the Wii version where I could only pull out like 5 or 6 Pikmin at a time. I mainly had to get by with just punching enemies with Olimar, you can imagine how hard that was. I bought the game on a yard sale, so I thought this violence and hyperrealistic textures were just the usual haunted disk stuff...
But apparently this was how it's supposed to be, according to the Smash Bros Wiki.

I'm probably gonna sound stupid because this probably isn't a bug, but I discovered that if you hit a candypop bud with Oatchi while it's sprouting pikmin in Pikmin 4, all the pikmin will immediantly be sprouted.
Not too ground breaking but I once got a glitch in pikmin 4 where my ice pikmin froze a bulborb, but the bulborb started the shaking animation and the bulborb while having the ice texture still proceeded to shake it like cardi

If you lay down using the napsack in pikmin 1, you become inmortal, its very useful if you dont want to fight enemies and get your pikmin past the enemies if they are carrying anything

Once I couldn’t move when I came out of a cave until I disconnected and reconnected the nunchuck.
2:45 this happened to me on my first playthrough lol. although i'm pretty sure i remember it respawning the very next day even though it fell into the pit? maybe i reset and i just forgot, idk
one funny glitch in pikmin 4 was that winged pikmin's AI regarding crystal nodules was bugged at one point, they were unable to target the crystals and would stop acting, keeping their momentum and forever flying in one direction when they tried to attack the rocks. if the pikmin managed to target the crystals properly, they would actually be able to break them in one hit like rock pikmin. an update to the game made them act normally and be unable to break them.
8:01 The chances are apparently only 1 out of 2,147,483,647 seeds the floor can generate with, will spawn without the Ranging Bloyster

I once had the cannon beetle randomly throw me out of bounds in wistful wilds, that was a fun one, not too useful
The only time I got the crushing glitch in Pikmin 2 was on the bridge in the Awakening Wood(tee-hee) next to the Survey Chart. I threw a purple onto the bridge for the heck of it and it clipped under the world. It didn’t die immediately, but it was stuck there until the day ended and it was left behind
In Pikmin 4, I encountered a glitch where a rock pikmin was perpetually stuckin midair until I whistled for them
Wha caused the glitch to happen I believe is that i threw 6 rocks at a candy pop bud right as an item was being collected and the “X amount of Sparklium has been collected” or “Castaway collected cutscene” before the 6th Rock feel off the Bud
There was another glitch where I switched to Oatchi (who was across the map) right as a pikmin collected a castaway, iirc. This caused the captain, menu, and the Pikmin noises to be muted until I switch back to Oatchi
Honorable mention is when a Purple Pikmin couldn’t walk straight into the union to give it a creature so it just walked around it for a couple seconds before it found its way
In pikmin 2 there is a glitch in The Valley of repose we’re when you kill the bulborb and start to carry it back to the onion, your pikmin will fall though the floor were the crack is entering the little place we’re the bulborb is (it happened to me on wii)
Another enemy that's really bad with the crushing glitch in 1 are the yellow wollywogs. Due to the hitboxes of its death animation it's really easy to lose pikmin if you're not careful. RoahmMythril's deathless run of Pikmin one has a good few minutes of outtakes dedicated to three frogs in the Distant Spring and a good chunk of the footage is the crushing glitch.
Not sure it would be classified as a bug but in P4 if you put Oatchi behind a small wall (like in the hub) and go behind it, you can jump on Oatchi but your character won't land on him and instead land on the wall.
The crushy glitch is way less frequent in the European version, but it still happens
Oh yeah when the ranging bloyster dies when you zoom in very close to the tip of the tail you can see the body but it’s shrinked
A Pikmin 2 bug I think worth noting is a particularly annoying one that has to do with cavern RNG. Sometimes, if a gate spawns too close to a poison vent, the game will for some reason assume that the gate is intended to be a poison gate, meaning that only white pikmin can attack it despite it just being a regular gate. Other pikmin will just stand in front of it and refuse to do anything, so as a result, you might have to redo the cave/reset the floor if it blocks off access to a treasure
I actually encountered the Pikmin 2 Crushing glitch on the Wii version. It seems to happen mostly around bridges.
It also happens a lot with the Pumpkin in Dream Den. Pikmin clip out if bounds trying to carry it sometimes

One glitch you missed in Pikmin 2 is that spicy spray works differently on leaf pikmin. You can manage to get the Blue Goo without yellows by charging with like 20 sprays. I remember when that glitch was discovered, it makes it pretty painful to 100% Forest of Hope in one day.
hey i found in my Nintendo switch Pikmin 1 that when the Pikmin fell in the floor the puff stool will release that thing and the Pikmin that who fell in the floor will turn into puffmin and i don't know but they changed there color and start attacking the puff stool

not really a "glitch" but it's surprisingly easy to trap the waterwraith in both pikmin 2 and pikmin 4, i've done it before. if you're slow at pikmin it's great because you can just go around the cave like nothing is happening because the waterwraith just can't move
In the dream den, on the sublevel with way to many armored cannon beetle larva and anode beetles, if you put yourself near the corner on the platform near the research pod, and throw a yellow Pikmin, it'll launch it 3 times as far.
This glitch is pretty obscure but extremely powerful, I don’t know if it is patched yet but essentially, if you go to the cave of beginnings, open the menu, close out of it, go to the treasure appraiser, close out of his menu, and then let 1 pikmin take the 1 pellet at the onion, you will end up generating infinite pikmin, around 1 every second. If you afk, they will just start generating infinite pikmin, I managed to get 10000 of every pikmin after doing it and afk’ing for a day. (It will also only generate the 3 types of pikmin that are out on your team.

I discovered a glitch where at the base in Pikmin 4, if you throw a Pikmin on a specific ledge and send them to base, they run in circles, walk on air, and make lots of noise.
In pikmin 2 there is the spray speed multiplier and bitter extensions in which you throw purples to stun the enemy the use the bitter spray it the spray will last much longer
so today I was playing through pikmin 3 for the 8th time and on day 3 in the distant tundra, and when I defeated the arctic cannon beetle next to the cupids grenade, 2 of my yellows just died?? I seriously can’t make this up

didn't mention pikmin 3 bomb rock duping, sadge. whistling pikmin out of a hole while they're midway through digging bomb rocks out of it but before they've got them all out resets the counter and throwing a pikmin back in you can repeatedly call them out early for infinite bomb rocks

I’ve played Pikmin 1 with experience the most uncommon glitches on switch, When fighting Smokey Progg if too many Pikmin die to him he will actually bug out the counter and himself for example the counter will say there’s 15 Pikmin on your squad while 1 on the field, as for more Smokey Progg will start climbing up the wall (right to the SS dolphin) and slowly decent down from the air
I’ve encountered the Libra glitch but way different, instead of the Libra bouncing off into void, it bounced forward onto the bridge instead making me skip some time needing to carry the ship part
Small glitch I’ve encountered recently is that on the bridge during the Distant Spring letting the ship part cutscene play whike after that olimar has clipped below it, not under the ground just below it
The Pikmin 2 duplication “glitch” isn’t a glitch as it is a game guide asset, nothing new for Pikmin 2 on glitches just bugging bodies clipping through walls and floors I’ve experienced in 2
In Pikmin 2’s Glutton’s kitchen (the floor with the puffy Blowhog) you can just walk out of bounds……yeah that’s it
If you didn’t know the Music Bug (forgot the name) doesn’t jump out of the camera view what it does is jump then shrink off screen to spawn again
Small glitch I found in Pikmin 4 the blue fish that jumps at your Pikmin (forgor that name) dies from a Pikmin but it’s model just wiggles a lot in place, the Pikmin can’t pick it up but they will still be trying to get it as they aren’t considered idle
