TUGUEGARAO WEST DIVERSION ROAD as of October 23, 2021
The construction of Phase I of the Tuguegarao West Diversion Road is proceeding smoothly and is nearing completion. This phase covers the first 0.645 kilometer portion of the road and is located at Brgy. Carig Norte, Tuguegarao City. Phase 2 of the project is expected to commence soon as this was already awarded to a contractor last March 2021 with an amount of P72.16Million.
The Tuguegarao West Diversion Road will be a big boost to the City as it opens up economic activities in other areas outside the main commercial districts and will improve the flow of products and people.
The project features a 4-lane main highway, a bike lane, sidewalks lined with plant boxes, center islands which I hope would be planted with trees, drainage canals and slope protection.
Looking forward to the completion of this project.
