3 year or on wait it was 3 day strategy...cmon lets face it war is unpredictable for eve biggest superpowers. Ukraine ruined Russia plae you plug their defensive vulnerabilities exposed by break doown of USSR. Everyone who kknows plans from chechya conflicts both, georgia, crimea, onw this its Russia getting control of its vulnerale points they wante to taje kiev in 3 days and reinstate yaunkovich to be their Kadyrov so theycould use that obviously strong Ukraie military for their own as they have with chechens who are twice warriors of russians and Putin even uses them to discipline Russian regiments. Had Putin succeeded and Had full healthy Ukraine conscripted to go east they might not be in france but they would have take romaina, baltic, balkan and probably would be in france. Im no fa of being aggressor claiming its a national pride and identity battle and relying on inmates, people in debt, cotract soldiers from nepal, india, cuba basically ebrythig they accuse ukraine of they have already doe. Foreig aid they got munitions from North korea, missles ad drones from iran, and everything from finance and microcjips from China.
China is their daddy. Should Russia falter China will take resources they unlike russia could wage war without haveing to comit to wartime economy. That works during earlywar days but no coming back from it when everything that works in russia like oil and gas is run by european engineers and uses western tech. That said yes Russia has always known force and attritional force at that no other country could have fought stalingrad and agai no coincedence these battles are aways in ukraine and putins obsession is out of a reluctant respect althought he displays it as a complete lack of repect and even the reality that Ukraine exists despite more prominent in history than Moscow. Kyiv -russo territory 1000 years ago invaded by Mongols Kyiv was the pearl and swedish by descent. Russia has a doctrine not strategy they dont adjust they rearmor and keep pushing. The tunnel to avdiivka was most innovative move of war. Not taking hostomel is not acceptable for world wilitary superpower. Especially in neighboring country. Nato needs to get involved nukes wont fly bu love to see U.S more air and sea land doesnt suit them against russia and neer has.

You guys seriously can’t think of a reason as to why the west supports Ukraine so much??? Well I will break it down for you. Russia wants Ukraine for land, and for the rare earth metal and lithium plants so that they can control its export. The USA and Europe gets most of its lithium from Taiwan, China says that it will invade and “reunify “ China and Taiwan, the United States will stand against China with Taiwan and so won’t the western nations. What Russia is doing in Ukraine to reclaim “lost land” is the same thing that China will eventually do. Absolutely screwing us over in every possibly way and making us buy from them. By showing strength in Ukraine and putting forth a notion that the nation will be defended and that we won’t allow a sovereign nation to be invaded and occupied does a few good things for us in the long run. One, if the war succeeds and Ukraine holds onto its land and mines, the west will have another nation to openly trade rare earth metals with and more than likely at a favorable discount since we have lent them lots of money. The second shows China that if they do attack, the world will stand against them and will fight back in the same way the west is doing now in Ukraine,. Third. We aren’t losing any of our manpower. West has lost volunteers while Russia has lost hundreds of thousands. If you can understand the importance of this conflict for the security of our and our children’s futures, then you should probably just shut up.

UK government is delusional . The reality is that Ukraine is losing the war , no matter declaration , money and armaments is just not enough conscripted and properly trained soldiers .
Even if some NATO countries deploy forces on the ground it will be a disaster if you put all EU active soldiers on duty together the force will be less then what Ukraine had in 2021 .
EU is been relaying on US since the fall of USSR for everything connected to militaries/even money/.In 2022 just four nations of the NATO spend little bit more then 2% of GDP . Germany with the new spending will be 1.8% a joke....

These days there are two or three types of democracies.First is American induced democracy where the countries add into some type of symbiotic relationship, these countries do everything, take every important decision after approval from US. Second type of democracis are the countries more autonomous then previous but its a history that they are most of time at loggerheads with US & its west. Third type of democracies are controlled democracis, although people choose their leader and parliament through voting but options before them are limited, they cannot adopt western or other types of democracis because of problems like, danger to unity and integrity , interference by other powers in their affairs due to which they face law & order problems. ..Due to historical, geographical and social resons democracy cannot be same in different parts of world.

Nukes can have a tactical use in some context. If, say, a huge NATO force were to invade Russia from Latvia or something, Putin could hit it with tactical nukes without resorting to nuking the cities. It risks escalation, yes, but that is not automatic in this case, since this would literally be battlefield use only. And tactical nukes exist for that supposed reason.

    • @einhalbesbrot
      @einhalbesbrot Před měsícem +2

Nukes dont have to be as powerfull as the ones dropped on japan.
You can make fairly small nukes that could hit industrial zones aswell and call them tactical.
The radioactive fallout is extremely overblown.
Within a few days workers could start clearing debris and dirt.
If left untouched after 2-3 years people could stay there again.
Ofcourse it could be either seen as an escalation or desperation but it wont start an all out nuclear war.
Small tactical nukes cant be differentiated from regular missiles as they approach, only once they detonate the military would find out that they are nukes.
So there is no reason to retaliate with there own nukes, as far as i know ukraine doesn't posses nukes anyways.

It wasn't inflatable like the WW2 decoy tanks, but you're right that the spinning bit isn't so complicated. Now I'm not sure whether that's somebody losing an AA unit, somebody using up a precious long range missile or both.

Peace negotiations between two parties where one party isn't invited and all negotiations on the most important points are excluded... I mean... Do they even want to pretend it's really a peace-negotiation? Isn't this rather a convoluted way of Zelensky of saying he doesn't want negotiations at all? It's so unrealistic it's mindboggling.
Also an "all-for-all" POW exchange. What does that mean? If Russia has 1000 POW's, and Ukraine 200... should Russia accept to deliver ALL POWS to get a fifth back? Isn't it more fair to have a one-to-one exchange?
And while they say Russia has suspended POW transfers because they want the families to act up against the Ukrainian government... maybe, just maybe, it has also to do with the fact Ukrainian shot an airplane down which was filled with POW's to which it had agreed to for an exchange...

Yes, crossing red lines is such a great idea and surely nothing bad will happen because of it. We all know Kiev lacks the know-how and the means to target things in Russia proper, meaning they rely on British or Latvian "advisors" to do it, crossing this line means that Russia will find and target those "advisors" and all the assets they use. Meaning lot's of lead coffins being sent West and lots of planes and drones going down over the Black Sea. Maybe we'll even see strikes on the supply lines in Poland or Romania because when the gloves come off, they are off.
Add to that how Cameron is writing checks the UK can't cash, the British military is in a sorry state as it is, it's arsenals are empty and the British economy is even worse off...
