  • The Stanford Chamber Chorale and the Choir of Trinity College, Cambridge, under the direction of Stephen M. Sano, perform "Beati quorum via," the third of Three Latin Motets (Opus 38) by Charles Villiers Stanford (1852-1924).
    This audio is taken from a live concert recording in the chapel of Trinity College, Cambridge, during the Chorale's 2007 concert tour to the UK.

    I've sung this very piece in the trinity college chapel!! However this has been tuned down a semitone but still very nice!

    I feel that around 0:39 when the sopranos came in the song was flat by one semitone. Otherwise, good job!

      I think maybe you are hearing the second sopranos, whose line quickly descends. The firsts perhaps could have been a bit stronger, holding the upper note.
