Thanks for your reviews, they are VERY helpful. I'm considering this shoe for a trip to St. John where we would be hiking through salt water bays that have sand, large rocks, and pebbles. Then, some moderately challenging trails once you get past the water, and then coming back through the bay areas. Would these shoes be the one shoe to wear for all of that? If not, is there such a shoe? Thanks!
Yes, I think these SIMARI water shoes would work out well in that situation. They have a good tread pattern so provide good traction on trails as well as underwater. I used them a lot last summer to portage canoes and camping gear through trails and swamps and they performed quite well for a ‘ hybrid’ shoe.
Not really designed as a serious 'running shoe' but as a daily walker it's pretty comfortable. Of course it's main design is to be used in and around the water.

Yes, I still use these shoes, like them very much. Fit size seem pretty good to me .

They drain water very well, and dry out quickly when left in the sun.
