Hello Doston !!
In this video, I have explained all the process of making a 200W tower speaker box at home. The sound of this tower box is unbelievable. It gives sound like a movie theater with high bass and clear sound quality. You wouldn't believe that we can build it at home rather than to buy. I used 200W TPA3116 Class D Amplifier board to get amazing sound with no noise. I hope you guys can also build this at your own home by learning from this video.

All Connections are made Totally wrong.
There is no Active or Passive Crossover Network Board or DSP used to filter the frequency & split out the output according to the different audio frequency range for the seperate different Driver's.
(For Four Way Sound System Configuration:-
20Hz to 150Hz for Low Frequency Subwoofer,
150Hz to 600Hz Low-Mid Frequency Woofer,
600Hz to 6KHz Mid-High Frequency Speaker &
6Hz to 20KHz High Frequency Tweeter Unit)
(For Three Way Sound System Configuration:-
20Hz to 500Hz Low Frequency Subwoofer,
500Hz to 5KHz Mid-Range Woofer Speaker &
5KHz to 20KHz High Frequency Tweeter Unit).
All the Different kinds of Audio Drivers must be connected properly to their appropriate frequency output from the Crossover before the audio coming from the amplifier board.
That class D board has inbuilt filter.
But ha, usne galti ki hai, yeh module 100+50+50 watt output deta hai jisme se 100 watt hota hai subwoofer ke liye.
exactly bro.. there is everything wrong.. no passive crossover, no use of speakers.. he use subwoofer with twitter.. lol its epic.. and at the place of subwoofer he used 8inch woofer.. ha ha ha.. i think he dont even know the purpose of twitter speaker, woofer and subwoofer. LOL
Bro I have a question if I have. A speaker of 100 watt and an amp of 200 watt will the speaker will burn or anything? If I use it in full volume
U r good in craftsman ship ,but u could have used speakers ,woofers technical specifications to build the outer box and also the the base reflex holes has to be according to box and speaker specifications ,

Bro sob toh thik hai bohat accha banaye hai per 200 watt amplifier module main chota heatshink hai usko upgrade karke badha headshink lagana chahiye tha keu ki heat amplifier module ka heat nikal neki jaga hi nehi hai. Ek cpu fan lagate to accha hota nehi toh yeh module jada din tak nehi chalega ic kharap hojaya ga.... Bad main ic main yeha to badha headshink laga na or nehi to piche ek hole karke cpu fan lagana... Wayshe project bohat accha banaya hai bohat mahanat ki hai apne bohat badiya hai like koro sob log bhai k liye or bad main Or bhi project k liye subscribe kar do bhai k channel.... Thank you....
Me maximum 72W hi output le rha hun aur mene testing ki h 2-3 ghante baja kar ic bohot kam heat hoti hai isliye cpu fan nhi lagaya.

Bahi yeh Ported box bnaya hai apne jisme port thoda galat jaghe rakh diya Port ya to upar ki taraf yaa fir neeche ki taraf jani magnet ke sedh/centre mein nahi rakhna tha aur upar ya meeche kar port ko aur lamba hona chahiye tha. Aap 4th Order Bandpass box bana sakte ho tab banao plz mai wiat karuga.

Mere bhai,pehle to apki tarif karni hogi itna hard work karne ke liye, par dusri baat apne amplifier aur speaker ka configuration Pura galat Kiya hai. Apne 2.1 amp use Kiya hai,par main(left+right) channels ko Pura ulzadiya hai,apko is samay adhuri audio mil rahi hai( ek chanel ka bass apne khatam kar diya,aur dusre channel ka treble khatam kar diya)
