Omg you saved my life today!! Our machine was flashing like this and I didn’t know what to do so i called the repair company. They told me they’re booked for 3 days.. anyways decided to fix this on my own and thank the LORD. this was such a quick fix. I almost wasted $200 for someone to come out. Wow thank you.
Open up the side panel, disconnect the ribbon cable attached to the buttons (be CAREFUL), take off the metal cover on the boards housing and use the buttons that are on the board to reset and power on. Your button assembly may be toast. This also applies when you KNOW the machine has power but you have no lights on the button panel or you cannot get the status of the lights to change on the button panel. You will need to have the button panel replaced.

What happen if once you turn it back on the blue button is flashing
That just means the machine is waiting to cycle on. Just give it some time.
what if red and yellow blinking? tried pushing both buttons but nothing happen
