Mixing of colors gives new colors....... Yes outlines can be mixed..... But that wont be good or look good............my advice is to keep the liners simple as possible...........

As the colors we use for glass painting are glass color,so it stays on glass. its fevicryl and camel product(so they know the secret). I clean my work space by applying a cleaning liquid, then wiping it by a cloth.....

Water based glass color will wash off once in contact with water. You need to use solvent based color which won't come off.
