Hi, May be color was not dried completely , in my case never happens. Whenever you apply varnish your color should be dry completely .

Madam koi you tuber bataate hai ki glass bottle par acrylic colour use na karke koi bhi primer like nerolac,asian ka use kare . acrylic colour nikal jaata hai.
