Mr. Ranjith, thats a valid point. Since the magnets hold the stator with high tension, we need to apply excessive force to release the same. We will instruct our service personnel to be a bit gentle.
It seems you're not professional technician. You are not using proper tools in dismantling and assembling hub motor. Very risky way, you can damage or break hub motor housing and you are not using sealant when re assembling the unit.
Very good observation and valid point. We have installed hydraulic press to push out the stator shafts now. Thank you for the feedback Rosero. We will definitely look into other options to improve the process. The sealant application was not shown in the video, selant is applied on all the covers once we open for service.

Definitely we can recondition completely dead batteries to get some life out of it. The damaged cells can be replaced with new onces and used.
