This is probably one of the easiest service you can do on your shaft drive BMW motorcycle. This is recommended to be done every 12k miles.
The bike in the video is a 2019 BMW R 1250 GSA with 27k miles.
FINAL DRIVE TORQUE SETTINGS
- DRAIN PLUG T45 @ 20 NM (14.75 FT/LB)
- REFILL PLUG - 6MM ALLEN @ 20 NM (14.75 FT/LB)

The spline lube is, possibly, more critical than the final drive oil.

For the 1250, BMW recommends 70W-80. They changed from 75W-90 for the 1250…

Its hard to remember. There is some great stuff that is shared on the "BMW R1200GS / R1250GS Adventure (motorcycle)" Facebook group. They also have some saved PDF files in that group under the "Files" tab.
