It looks like a genuine Toyota scan tool. I can't remember the model but its pretty old.

So please what is the problem? I have the same issue on Toyota RAV4 2015 with 60000km. Rough idle, excessive engine vibration only when it’s cold and Toyota says no check engine, no failure, the vehicle is fine. What should I do? Please Good Samaritan enlighten me!
