    I love the tunnel shot at 7:15. Would be great to see the camera settings for each shot ss, ap, iso. Also, it's great to see a calm street photography shoot without all the noise pollution from cars, people, etc. Shooting at twilight really helps set the mood in your photos as well. Great job! Keep it going. I subbed. 👏📷

    Loved the video.
    As someone who wants to switch from film cameras to mirrorless (looking now at Sony a6000 - hence why stumbling upon this video), what maximum price would you recommend for a second hand, old-ish, entry level camera? I'm from Europe if that helps

    • @mahavirshah999
      @mahavirshah999 Před rokem +1

      I got mine off eBay for around $360 (body) and it also depends on the time of year you buy the camera since different times of year it can be a bit higher

    • @2121VISION
      @2121VISION  Před rokem +2

      Im glad you liked the video! if you look at the a6000 online you will see a lot of companies like b&h or other camera retailers selling the camera new for 5 and even 600 (USD). you can find the body used for a lot cheaper (my brother bought his used from KEH for just over 400 (USD) ). my best advice is if you have a bigger budget then I would look at the a6100 or a6400 as these offer a little more quality as well as better video (4k at 30fps) and I believe the a6400 even has weather sealing. they are also very user-friendly which helps your case coming from film. if your budget is ballin and you are looking to spend 1500$ or more then I would say to look at the a7ii or even a7iii.
      now I will also say that the a6000 is still an excellent choice. it is very user-friendly and it is still applicable even today with it being more than 5 years old. it's my main camera for photography right now and it's an absolute weapon to say the least. depending on your budget, ill break it down for you (this is my best advice, i am no expert. just a broke college student who knows a thing or two about photography)
      sony a6000 with a kit lens, or a used 50mm 1.8
      - a6000 with a nicer lens
      -a6100 with a kit lens
      -a6400 with a kit lens
      -any A-series camera really would be a good choice because they are all easy to use and are still popular cameras to this day
      - research full frames that would work for what you would be doing
      hope this helps you out a bit!

      @@2121VISION Thanks a lot for the thoughtful response and the information
      Like yourself, I'm in college with a pretty tight budget. Wanted to do more photography as an extension of my creative process, so I wouldn't stress getting something high end, at least in the beginning. I don't really plan to record much, that's why I didn't think much of the Sony a6100 and higher, even though.... the weather sealing of the a6400 sounds amazing.
      Wish yall the best

    I am looking at this camera and the Canon m100 to start photography on a budget. Does this camera burn out batteries quick?I am considering different aspects of each camera

    • @2121VISION

      Unfortunately the battery life on the A6000 is not great. I keep multiple batteries with me when I go to take photos because you will run through one or two of them easy

    Hi! I am new and just got my a6000 for casual/family photography, nothing complicated or fancy. Yesterday I receives my 50mm 1.8 FE lens and as I have been reading, is difficult to take shots in low light conditions since does not have OSS. In your video, night shots are sharp, how did you take them? Any tip or setting I might be missing?

    • @2121VISION
      @2121VISION  Před rokem +4

      to get sharper photos in low light there's 3 things you are going to want to do 1. use the lowest aperture (f/1.8) 2. raise your ISO, in the video my iso was set to around 2000 to 3200 once it got dark. i would recommend not going higher than 3200 because then your photos will be very noisy. 3. slower your shutter speed, unless you are shooting light trails then I would recommend keeping your shutter speed at around 1/200. you can get away with shots a little slower but if you slow your shutter speed more then your photos will be blurry. so you want your shutter speed slow enough to get light but fast enough for a sharp photo. doing these 3 together should help get brighter and sharper photos at night

    • @jmhvera100
      @jmhvera100 Před rokem +1

      @@2121VISION Thank you very much for the tips. I assume that these settings should be set in manual mode because (as fas as I know) the aperture mode does not allow to change shutter speed and ISO.

    • @2121VISION
      @2121VISION  Před rokem +1

      @@jmhvera100 yes that is correct 👍. You are going to want to do all this in manual mode. Hope that helps!

    Hi guys, the video is very informative in terms of photo quality, but this video can still be considered as an overview of the real shooting of go pro in poor lighting and at night, one question remains what is this go pro :) I would also like a review with such an objective on the quality of the video shooting on this camera.

    How do you get it to zoom in before every shot?

    • @2121VISION
      @2121VISION  Před měsícem

      It’s called focus peaking, when you put your camera in Manual focus it will zoom on whatever you are shooting as you turn the focus ring. It just helps with making sure you are nailing that focus since you are focusing manually!
